階段出礦底部桃形礦柱的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)數(shù)值計(jì)算分析
[Abstract]:In view of the problems in mining steep and extremely thick orebodies by the combined mining method of stage caving and caving in a certain mine there are many problems such as large amount of ore deposit large loss of ore dilution and danger of operation in the empty area. A new mining scheme of peach pillar with bottom ore drawing structure is put forward in this paper. Based on the production practice of the mine, six kinds of peach pillar schemes are designed. By using Abaqus numerical simulation software, the elastic-plastic constitutive model of peach pillar is established according to M-C criterion, and the stress and strain of peach pillar under impact load are analyzed respectively. Displacement response, and the relationship between the length of residual complete roadway and the vertical height. The results show that the optimum stress state of the scheme is that the slope angle is 50 擄, the height of the peach pillar is 15 m, and the tensile strain and displacement are both small and concentrated at the foot of the slope. However, the vertical height of the complete roadway is less than 2 m, and the plastic zone and the damage area of the peach pillar in the slope angle 70 擄scheme are both larger than that of the slope angle 60 擄scheme, and the complete roadway length and the vertical height of both are in the reliable range. After comprehensive consideration, the optimum selection of slope angle 60 擄and the height of peach pillar 15 m is the optimum parameter of peach pillar.
