煤泥機(jī)械力化學(xué)法表面改性及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:機(jī)械力化學(xué)法改性煤泥粉體,采用單因素試驗(yàn)方法得出優(yōu)化的改性參數(shù):硬脂酸為改性劑,改性劑用量2%(wt),改性時間120 min,球料比5:1,球磨轉(zhuǎn)速200 r·min~(-1),料漿濃度150%(wt);在優(yōu)化工藝條件下,硬脂酸改性樣品的活化指數(shù)、煤泥粉體的中位徑、吸油值和接觸角分別為85.6%、3.3μm、32.2 g·(100 g)~(-1)和114.9°。通過紅外光譜分析發(fā)現(xiàn),硬脂酸和煤泥粉體發(fā)生了物理吸附和化學(xué)反應(yīng)。對煤泥/PP(聚丙烯)復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能測試表明,改性后的煤泥粉體提高了PP的抗彎曲性能和抗沖擊性能,分別由31.8 MPa和3.1 k J·m~(-2)提高到37.6 MPa和3.5 k J·m~(-2)。煤泥粉體/PP復(fù)合材料沖擊斷面的SEM照片表明:煤泥粉體經(jīng)過改性后,與PP的相容性明顯加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:The physical adsorption and chemical reaction of stearic acid and coal slime powder were found by infrared spectrum analysis. SEM photos of impact section of coal slime powder / PP composite show that the compatibility of coal slime powder with PP is obviously enhanced after modification.
