河北省安全生產監(jiān)管監(jiān)察信息化系統(tǒng)設計研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economy of our province has maintained stable and rapid development, and the production and management models have tended to be diversified. At the same time, the situation of production safety is becoming increasingly serious, and the supervision and supervision of production safety is facing unprecedented challenges. The traditional mode of supervision and control of production safety based on manpower has been difficult to meet the needs of the new situation and has become the main factor restricting the work of safety in production. Therefore, with modern computer and network communication technology as the core, the establishment of efficient and fast, The stable and reliable production safety information system, the comprehensive promotion of safety production information, the supervision of advanced scientific and technological means, and the management of safe production behavior have become the main way and breakthrough to solve the dilemma of safety production work at present. In view of the above situation, this paper studies and designs a comprehensive information system platform for safety production, which includes the functions of information reporting, inspection and supervision, decision support and so on. First of all, this paper comprehensively compares and analyzes the situation of safety production in our province from three angles: total number of accidents, death toll and economic loss, and points out the current situation of the province that the pressure of accident prevention is great and the problems in key industries are prominent. In view of the present severe situation of safe production, this paper introduces in detail the government affairs target, business target, operation target, information target of safety production in our province, and according to the main source and production process of safe production business data, The requirements of the system for specific function and performance are analyzed. Then, according to the principles and strategies of the system design, the paper puts forward the overall framework of the information system of supervision and supervision of production safety in our province, which mainly includes four parts: industry supervision, coal mine supervision, comprehensive supervision and public service. And the overall technical framework, the overall business architecture, the overall security architecture is designed and detailed functions are introduced. Furthermore, this paper has carried on the planning design to the system information resource plan, the cloud data center construction plan, the data management plan, and has carried on the planning design to the four application systems separately in the basic management, the security supervision, the decision-making analysis, The detailed scheme design of accident investigation and statistics is given, according to which the terminal system construction scheme is given. Finally, from the point of view of the input-output ratio and the positive effect of the system, this paper analyzes the positive contributions of the economic and social benefits of the system construction. The construction of the system can promote the standardization, science and systematization of the supervision and management of safety production in our province, play the role of early warning and guarantee of safety, eliminate and control the hidden trouble of accidents at the source, and not only reduce the occurrence of accidents, It can also improve the efficiency of the comprehensive work of production safety in our province, thus improving the overall level of supervision and management of production safety in our province.
