近距離薄煤層群聯(lián)合開采回采巷道布置研究
[Abstract]:For a long time, the abundant coal resources in our country have been occupying the main position of one-time energy consumption, along with the continuous improvement of coal mining efficiency and output. Coal resources with good mining conditions, such as open-pit coal seam or shallow buried deep coal seam, have been exploited in large quantities, but coal will still exist as the main energy in the coming decades, which makes people pay more and more attention to the exploitation of thin coal seam. According to the present research situation of thin coal seam mining, most of them are concentrated in the working face, and the research on the roadway layout of the thin coal seam combined mining is relatively rare, and the key is that it is far less systematic and comprehensive than the research on the working face. Based on the above situation, this paper takes Zhangcun Mine of Lu'an Group as the engineering background, uses the methods of theoretical research, similarity simulation and numerical simulation, and then gives an example to verify it with engineering practice. The roadway layout of combined mining of short distance thin coal seam group is analyzed in an all-round way. The main research results are as follows: (1) based on the existing mechanical model of roadway layout in thin coal seam combined mining, the existing formulas of inner and outer dislocations in roadways are summarized and demonstrated. Combined with the actual situation of Zhangcun Mine, the theoretical error distance is given: the outer fault distance is 7 m, the inner fault distance is 4.7 m, (2) by using the physical similarity simulation experiment of large scale (1:20), all kinds of staggered spacing arrangements under different roadway layout modes with 2 m and 4 m interval are observed and analyzed. The results show that the reasonable outer fault distance is more than 10m and the inner dislocation distance is more than 6m when the interval is 2m; the reasonable outer dislocation distance is more than 8m and the inner fault distance is more than 5m when the interval is 4m; and the stability of the superimposed roadway arrangement is obtained. (3) using the UDEC numerical simulation software to simulate the interval between the layers of 2mand 4mm-6m. At 8 m and 8 m, the dislocations of different roadways are simulated and analyzed. The reasonable staggered distance of different arrangement modes under each layer spacing is obtained, and the influence of layer spacing on the layout of mining roadway is analyzed and summarized. At the end of the paper, the conclusion of this paper is analyzed and verified by citing the corresponding engineering examples, and the layout of mining roadway in Zhangcun coal mine is analyzed and demonstrated systematically. It provides a certain reference and reference for the actual production of mines with similar geological conditions in the future.
