礦用擴(kuò)徑式吸能防沖構(gòu)件特性數(shù)值分析
[Abstract]:In order to enhance the impact resistance of hydraulic column, prevent and cure the impact ground pressure of coal mine effectively, or reduce the loss caused by impact ground pressure accident to a certain extent, a kind of expanding type energy absorption component combined with hydraulic column is proposed and designed. Abaqus software is used to study the energy absorption and anti-impact characteristics of the components. The results show that the different sizes and different materials have a very good stable deformation failure mode and size. The material and impact velocity have no effect on the deformation and failure mode of members. There is a constant reaction force in the compression process of the expanded members, which increases with the increase of the material strength and the wall, but the size, the material and the impact velocity have no effect on the variation of the force-displacement of the members. The expanding member has certain bearing capacity, small load fluctuation coefficient and high stroke efficiency. The expanded diameter member is an ideal energy absorption and scour proof member, which can be used in combination with the existing conventional columns to improve the bearing capacity of the columns under impact load and enhance the anti-impact performance of the columns.
