綜放采場外錯布置區(qū)段巷道減沖機理與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)

【摘要】:針對寬、窄、無煤柱區(qū)段巷道防沖存在的問題,提出了沿空巷道外錯合理位態(tài)減沖設計方法。通過建立覆巖結(jié)構(gòu)模型、底板梁-柱模型,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實測等,分析"應力場特征-減沖"關(guān)系、"卸壓保護空間尺度-減沖"關(guān)系,揭示了外錯布置減沖機理。研究成果在華豐煤礦埋深超千米綜放采場實施,確定了外錯布置沿空區(qū)段巷道的合理位態(tài),同步構(gòu)建了兼顧頂板治理、支護結(jié)構(gòu)減沖、易發(fā)火控制、高效掘進及開采、合理驗證與預警的系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),解決了以往沿空巷道防沖難度大、變形大難以控制、難以實現(xiàn)無煤柱開采等相關(guān)工程問題。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the existing problems of roadway scour prevention in wide, narrow and no coal pillar section, this paper puts forward a reasonable position reduction design method for outside-fault of roadway along goaf. Through the establishment of overburden structure model, floor beam-column model and field measurement, the relationship between "stress field characteristics and impact reduction" and "pressure relief protection space scale-impact reduction" is analyzed, and the mechanism of external fault arrangement is revealed. The research results are carried out in Huafeng coal mine, the reasonable position of the roadway along the goaf is determined, the roof treatment, the supporting structure reducing the impact, the fire easily controlling, the high efficiency tunneling and mining are constructed simultaneously, which is carried out in the fully mechanized caving stope of Huafeng coal mine. The key technologies of reasonable verification and early warning system have solved the related engineering problems, such as the difficulty of anti-scouring, the difficulty of controlling deformation and the difficulty of mining without coal pillar in the past.
