【摘要】：受高強(qiáng)度快速推進(jìn)影響,采場(chǎng)支架外載處在一個(gè)劇烈的動(dòng)態(tài)變化過(guò)程中,壓架事故頻發(fā);基于壓架事故特征和機(jī)理分析,研究了頂板合理作用點(diǎn)位置及大小與支架支撐能力的關(guān)系;然后基于四連桿結(jié)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律并以掩護(hù)梁傾角、頂梁傾角為輸入?yún)⒘?結(jié)合支架固有結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)研究得出活柱伸縮量、平衡千斤頂懸伸長(zhǎng)度、頂梁掩護(hù)梁夾角等反映支架位態(tài)的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo);通過(guò)建立支架位態(tài)識(shí)別模型,根據(jù)位態(tài)的變化反演支架災(zāi)變前的荷載特征;據(jù)此特征,提出上述基于支架位態(tài)識(shí)別的3個(gè)壓架預(yù)警指標(biāo)(活柱伸縮量、頂梁和掩護(hù)梁傾角、合力作用點(diǎn)位置及大小),利用該預(yù)警指標(biāo)對(duì)凱達(dá)礦等國(guó)內(nèi)多個(gè)綜采工作面支架荷載特征進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證了其合理性與科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of high strength and fast propulsion, the stope support load is in a violent dynamic change process, and the pressure frame accidents occur frequently, based on the analysis of the characteristics and mechanism of the stope frame accidents, The relationship between the position and size of the reasonable working point of the roof and the support capacity of the support is studied, and then based on the motion law of the four-bar structure and the obliquity of the shield beam and the dip angle of the top beam as the input parameter, the telescopic quantity of the movable column is obtained by combining the inherent structural parameters of the support. The key indexes such as the length of suspension of the Jack and the angle between the cover beam of the top beam and so on reflect the position of the support, by establishing the identification model of the position and state of the support, the load characteristics before the catastrophic change of the support can be retrieved according to the change of the position, according to the characteristics, The above three pressure-frame warning indexes based on the recognition of support position are presented, such as the telescopic quantity of the movable column, the inclination angle of the top beam and the cover beam. The location and size of the working points) are used to analyze the load characteristics of supports in many domestic fully mechanized mining faces such as Kaida Coal Mine and so on. The rationality and scientificity of the support are verified.
