某輝鉬礦尾礦提取石英的實驗研究

【摘要】:針對黑龍江某輝鉬礦尾礦進行了礦物分析,結(jié)果顯示該尾礦中石英的含量為70.63%,鐵礦物含量為1.56%。為了提取其中的鐵和石英,提高資源利用率,采取"尾礦磁選-酸浸-堿法浮選"的實驗流程,在磁場強度為160 k A/m時取得了鐵精礦品位21.12%,回收率85.83%;采用硫酸濃度為60%、固液比為4、溫度為20℃、反應(yīng)時間為120 min的酸浸實驗得到了SiO_2含量為91.48%的酸浸精礦;通過堿法浮選最終獲得了SiO_2含量為98.14%,氧化鋁含量為0.52%的石英精礦。
[Abstract]:The mineral analysis of a molybdenum tailings in Heilongjiang Province shows that the content of quartz in the tailings is 70.63 and the content of iron ore is 1.56. In order to extract iron and quartz and improve the utilization of resources, the experimental process of "tailings magnetic separation, acid leaching and alkaline flotation" was adopted. When the magnetic field intensity is 160kA / m, the iron concentrate grade is 21.12and the recovery rate is 85.83.The acid leaching concentrate containing 91.48% SiO2 is obtained by acid leaching experiment with sulfuric acid concentration of 60, solid-liquid ratio of 4, temperature of 20 鈩,
