【摘要】:以廣西河池富源鉛鋅選礦廠尾礦為主要原料煅燒制備水泥熟料,從不同煅燒溫度下熟料成分的差異,水化產物的微觀相貌和組成,煅燒過程中重金屬的固化與熟料凈漿試塊的毒性浸出情況,以及熟料凈漿試塊的力學性能等方面探討了用該鉛鋅尾礦制備水泥熟料的適宜工藝條件。試驗結果表明:摻有35.4%廣西河池富源鉛鋅尾礦的生料煅燒制備水泥熟料的最佳燒成溫度為1 350℃,此時可生成大量有利于熟料強度的C2S和C3S。該水泥熟料的主要水化產物為C—S—H和鈣礬石,試塊前期強度的主要來源是鈣礬石,后期強度的主要來源是C—S—H,C—S—H填滿試塊內部空隙,增大試塊密實度,使試塊28 d齡期的抗壓強度達到43.68 MPa,與普通硅酸鹽水泥P.O 42.5的28d抗壓強度指標相當。煅燒過程中Pb的固化率較低,僅為21.16%,而As和Zn的固化率則高達87.61%和91.43%。養(yǎng)護齡期為3 d和28 d的水泥凈漿試塊浸出液中As、Pb、Zn的含量遠低于浸出毒性標準。這種水泥熟料在生產地下膠結充填料的膠結劑方面具有一定潛力。
[Abstract]:Cement clinker was prepared from tailings of Fuyuan Lead-Zinc Concentrator in Hechi, Guangxi. According to the difference of clinker composition at different calcination temperatures, the microcosmic appearance and composition of hydration products were obtained. The solidification of heavy metals during the calcination process and the toxic leaching of the clinker paste test block, as well as the mechanical properties of the clinker net slurry test block, were discussed in this paper. The suitable technological conditions for the preparation of cement clinker from the lead-zinc tailings were discussed. The experimental results show that the optimum sintering temperature of raw material calcined with 35.4% Fuyuan lead-zinc tailings is 1 350 鈩,
