多煤層重復(fù)跨采底板巷道圍巖控制技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:布置在煤層底板巷道大多要經(jīng)受工作面跨采影響,這些巷道在未受采動(dòng)影響前,往往能夠保持長期穩(wěn)定,一旦受到采動(dòng)影響,則遭到失穩(wěn)破壞,影響煤礦的安全生產(chǎn),尤其是受上覆多煤層重復(fù)跨采影響底板巷道圍巖變形極為強(qiáng)烈,嚴(yán)重影響煤礦正常安全生產(chǎn)。與單一煤層開采相比較,多煤層重復(fù)跨采底板巷道經(jīng)受上覆工作面多次采動(dòng)影響,圍巖變形嚴(yán)重,一般支護(hù)手段難以有效控制巷道圍巖變形。因此,對(duì)多煤層重復(fù)跨采底板巷道圍巖穩(wěn)定性分析及控制技術(shù)研究,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以蘆嶺煤礦Ⅱ2采區(qū)石門受上覆8、9煤層重復(fù)跨采影響為研究背景,采用現(xiàn)場調(diào)查、理論分析及數(shù)值模擬等手段,對(duì)多煤層重復(fù)跨采底板巷道圍巖穩(wěn)定性及控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究分析,首先,結(jié)合蘆嶺煤礦實(shí)際采礦地質(zhì)條件,應(yīng)用彈性力學(xué)半無限理論,對(duì)采場底板圍巖應(yīng)力分量、底板破壞深度進(jìn)行應(yīng)力解析計(jì)算,并建立了相應(yīng)的數(shù)值模型,對(duì)工作面重復(fù)采動(dòng)影響下底板圍巖應(yīng)力分布及變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析;然后,采用FLAC2D數(shù)值模擬軟件對(duì)多煤層重復(fù)跨采下底板巷道圍巖穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行模擬分析,對(duì)靜壓條件、單個(gè)工作面跨采、重復(fù)跨采三種條件下底板巷道的活動(dòng)規(guī)律進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析重復(fù)跨采下底板巷道的失穩(wěn)特征與變形規(guī)律;接著,在上述研究分析的基礎(chǔ)上,基于動(dòng)壓影響巷道圍巖控制基本準(zhǔn)則,提出多煤層重復(fù)跨采底板巷道的圍巖控制技術(shù)-支護(hù)承載強(qiáng)化技術(shù),并采用數(shù)值模擬的方法分析了支護(hù)承載結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)化技術(shù)對(duì)底板巷道圍巖穩(wěn)定性的作用效果;最后,結(jié)合蘆嶺煤礦Ⅱ2采區(qū)石門的采礦地質(zhì)條件,提出支護(hù)承載結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)化技術(shù)方案,現(xiàn)場工業(yè)性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,受到上覆工作面采動(dòng)影響后,巷道圍巖變形量控制在允許范圍內(nèi),試驗(yàn)效果良好。
[Abstract]:Most roadways placed on the floor of coal seam have to undergo the influence of cross mining in the working face. These roadways are often able to maintain long-term stability before being affected by the mining movement. Once they are affected by the mining movement, they are destroyed and destabilized, which will affect the safety of coal mine production. Especially, the surrounding rock deformation of roadway affected by repeated overlying coal seam is very strong, which seriously affects the normal and safe production of coal mine. Compared with the single coal seam mining, the multi coal seam repeated cross mining floor roadway is affected by the overlying face many times, the surrounding rock deformation is serious, and it is difficult to effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway by general supporting means. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the stability analysis and control technology of the surrounding rock in the roadway of multi-seam and repeated cross-mining.
