刮板輸送機(jī)減速器浮動(dòng)油封早期失效控制研究

【摘要】:作為煤礦刮板輸送機(jī)最重要的傳動(dòng)部件之一,行星減速器的質(zhì)量備受關(guān)注,而近年來(lái),減速器輸出端浮動(dòng)油封的漏油現(xiàn)象頻繁發(fā)生,已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重制約了刮板輸送機(jī)成套設(shè)備整體質(zhì)量的提高。如果在初期使用中發(fā)生泄漏而不加以重視,隨著漏油狀況的發(fā)展會(huì)因?yàn)閲?yán)重缺油引起齒輪、軸承等關(guān)鍵零件的損壞失效,進(jìn)一步造成減速器總成的報(bào)廢。本文旨在針對(duì)刮板輸送機(jī)傳動(dòng)部減速器長(zhǎng)期發(fā)生滲漏油的問(wèn)題,對(duì)其展開(kāi)分析研究。刮板輸送機(jī)減速器涉及到的密封型式多種多樣,本論文著重將研究對(duì)象制定在輸出端浮動(dòng)油封,采用浮動(dòng)油封密封機(jī)理與泄漏原因分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,找出組裝工藝、檢查等方面存在的不足,提出相應(yīng)的技術(shù)改進(jìn)措施。參照4290型浮動(dòng)油封和密封腔結(jié)構(gòu)特征,建立密封零件截面的二維模型,通過(guò)對(duì)其進(jìn)行物理運(yùn)動(dòng)和受力分析實(shí)現(xiàn)理論計(jì)算,得到合理的組裝軸向調(diào)整間隙值。為了更加真實(shí)的反映實(shí)際工況和技術(shù)條件,開(kāi)展了大量的模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),將所得實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)與理論數(shù)據(jù)做對(duì)比分析。同時(shí),制作了運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置做跟蹤記錄,驗(yàn)證分析結(jié)果,最終得出兩個(gè)密封零件之間最佳的組裝間隙值。將4290型浮動(dòng)油封取得的研究方法擴(kuò)展到其余型號(hào)的浮動(dòng)油封,應(yīng)用于工藝生產(chǎn),為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)提供依據(jù)。最終有效解決了浮動(dòng)油封早期失效的問(wèn)題,大大提高了浮動(dòng)油封的使用壽命,避免由于滲漏油引起的一系列減速器質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。該方法具有廣泛的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,對(duì)其它使用浮動(dòng)油封的企業(yè)具有重要的參考作用。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important transmission parts of the scraper conveyor in coal mine, the quality of planetary reducer has attracted much attention. In recent years, the oil leakage of floating oil seal at the output end of reducer occurs frequently. Has seriously restricted the scraper conveyor complete sets of equipment overall quality improvement. If leakage occurs in the initial use and is ignored, with the development of oil leakage, the failure of the gear, bearing and other key parts will be caused by the development of oil leakage, which will further lead to the scrapping of the reducer assembly. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the long-term leakage of oil in the transmission reducer of scraper conveyor. There are a variety of sealing types involved in the reducer of scraper conveyer. In this paper, the object of study is made in the floating oil seal at the output end, and the research method combining the sealing mechanism of the floating oil seal with the cause analysis of leakage is adopted to find out the assembly technology. Inspection and other aspects of the shortcomings, put forward the corresponding technical improvement measures. According to the structural characteristics of the 4290 type floating oil seal and the seal cavity, a two-dimensional model of the section of the sealing part is established. The theoretical calculation is realized through the physical movement and force analysis, and the reasonable axial adjustment clearance value is obtained. In order to reflect the actual working conditions and technical conditions more truthfully, a large number of simulation experiments were carried out, and the experimental data were compared with the theoretical data. At the same time, the tracking record of the operation experimental device is made to verify the analysis results, and finally the best assembly clearance between the two sealing parts is obtained. The research method of 4290 type floating oil seal is extended to other types of floating oil seal, which is applied to process production and provides the basis for actual production. Finally, the problem of early failure of floating oil seal is solved effectively, the service life of floating oil seal is greatly improved, and a series of reducer quality problems caused by oil leakage are avoided. This method has wide application value and has important reference function to other enterprises that use floating oil seal.
