【摘要】：上行開采作為一種特殊的采煤方法在特殊的地質(zhì)條件下有其優(yōu)越性和適應性,而在上行開采過程中往往受到下部煤層的采高、上下煤層的間距、煤層間巖層的巖性等諸多因素制約,對生產(chǎn)造成影響。為提高上行開采的適用性,本文提出了將矸石充填法運用于上行開采中,以貴州山腳樹礦22189工作面上行開采為工程背景,在前人的研究成果基礎上通過理論分析、矸石壓縮特性實驗、數(shù)值模擬對此進行了研究,得出了如下結論:⑴基于彈性地基梁理論得出了矸石充填開采的頂板巖梁下沉曲線公式。確定了矸石充填開采中采場覆巖移動的主要人為可控因素有:控頂區(qū)地基系數(shù)、充填體的地基系數(shù)以及欠頂量。⑵對上行開采可行性進行了理論分析,得出了上行開采可行性理論判據(jù)及矸石充填上行開采時,上部煤層在下煤層采動影響下保持結構完整性的理論判據(jù)。⑶結合矸石充填開采覆巖移動規(guī)律和上行開采的可行性理論判據(jù),設計了貴州山腳樹礦22189工作面矸石充填上行開采的充填參數(shù)。⑷通過矸石壓縮特性實驗,確定了運用連續(xù)級配矸石作為充填料。⑸采用3DEC數(shù)值模擬綜合分析,得出了充填時欠頂量應小于0.5m,充填體彈性模量為0.5GPa左右時較為合適,與理論分析結果基本吻合。⑹結合理論分析和數(shù)值模擬等相關研究結果,設計了山腳樹礦22189工作面矸石充填系統(tǒng),充填高度為2.7m。
[Abstract]:As a special mining method, uplink mining has its superiority and adaptability under special geological conditions. However, in the process of uplink mining, it is often affected by the mining height of the lower coal seam and the distance between the upper and lower coal seams. The lithology of coal seam is restricted by many factors, which affect the production. In order to improve the applicability of uplink mining, this paper puts forward the application of gangue filling method in uplink mining, taking 22189 face of Shanjiaoshu Mine as the engineering background, and based on the previous research results, through theoretical analysis. The compressing characteristic of gangue is tested and studied by numerical simulation. The following conclusion is drawn: 1. Based on the theory of elastic foundation beam, the formula of sinking curve of roof and slate beam for gangue filling mining is obtained. It is determined that the main man-made controllable factors of overlying rock movement in gangue filling mining are as follows: the coefficient of the ground in the roof control area, the coefficient of the foundation of the filling body and the amount of underroofing, and the theoretical analysis of the feasibility of the upward mining is carried out. The feasibility theory criterion of uplink mining and the uplink mining with gangue filling are obtained. The theoretical criterion of maintaining the structural integrity of the upper coal seam under the influence of the mining movement of the lower coal seam. 3 combined with the rule of overburden movement and the feasibility criterion of the upward mining. In this paper, the filling parameters of 22189 face of Guizhou Shanjiaoshu Coal Mine are designed. Through the experiment of compressing characteristics of gangue, it is determined that the continuous gradation gangue is used as filling material and 3DEC numerical simulation is used for comprehensive analysis. It is concluded that the amount of underroofing should be less than 0.5 m, and the elastic modulus of filling body should be about 0.5 GPA, which is in good agreement with the theoretical analysis results, such as theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and so on. The gangue filling system of 22189 face in Shanjiaoshu Mine is designed, and the filling height is 2.7 m.
