基于多元化應(yīng)用的煤矸石高效破碎分選技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本文以解決不同利用途徑對(duì)煤矸石品質(zhì)要求各異的矛盾為目的,針對(duì)中煤華昱公司煤矸石循環(huán)利用過(guò)程中存在的一些問(wèn)題,在充分研究煤矸石特性的基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)展煤矸石高效破碎分選技術(shù)的研究,并據(jù)此提出合理的煤矸石破碎分選工藝方案,為煤矸石低成本、分層次、高效利用提供全面可靠的技術(shù)支撐。煤矸石是由硬度不同、發(fā)熱量各異的巖石組成的混合物,經(jīng)實(shí)例證明,不同工藝破碎煤矸石均存在熱值隨粒度減小而增大的現(xiàn)象,且破碎后煤矸石所含不同礦物在不同粒級(jí)中富集,可通過(guò)選擇性破碎及合理的篩分分級(jí),對(duì)煤矸石進(jìn)行熱值及礦物分選。以粒度與熱值分布為評(píng)價(jià)手段,對(duì)比顎式破碎機(jī)、對(duì)輥式破碎機(jī)、錘式破碎機(jī)、反擊式破碎機(jī)等不同類型破碎機(jī)破碎煤矸石的效果,并結(jié)合目前砂石料生產(chǎn)中的單段錘式破碎機(jī)、細(xì)碎機(jī)、沖擊式破碎機(jī)等設(shè)備進(jìn)行工業(yè)中試,在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)出沖擊力可調(diào)、具有特殊破碎腔結(jié)構(gòu)的新型煤矸石選擇性破碎機(jī)。華昱煤矸石經(jīng)其破碎后,2.36mm以下細(xì)粒級(jí)煤矸石發(fā)熱量比原狀煤矸石提高45%以上,且有效減少了煤矸石中低熱值部分的過(guò)粉碎,分選出的4.75mm以上低熱值華昱煤矸石滿足國(guó)家Ⅲ級(jí)碎石相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),可以用作集料制備一定強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的混凝土。分析了華昱公司矸石電廠、燒結(jié)磚廠、水泥廠存在的問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合洗煤廠矸石的諸多特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)出的煤矸石破碎分選工藝方案采用三級(jí)破碎、四級(jí)篩分工藝,煤矸石經(jīng)破碎分選后,6mm以下高熱值部分作電廠入爐燃料;6~8mm、4.75~8mm中熱值部分用作磚廠原料;8~20mm、20mm以上低熱值部分用作混凝土集料備用。經(jīng)計(jì)算,華昱公司新建年處理100萬(wàn)噸煤矸石破碎分選生產(chǎn)線,每年共產(chǎn)生經(jīng)濟(jì)效益約330萬(wàn)元,3年左右即可收回生產(chǎn)線建設(shè)投資(1033萬(wàn)元),經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the contradiction of different utilization ways to the different quality requirements of coal gangue, aiming at some problems existing in the process of recycling utilization of coal gangue in Huayu Coal Company, and on the basis of fully studying the characteristics of coal gangue, this paper aims at solving the contradiction of different utilization ways to the quality of coal gangue. The research on high efficiency crushing and sorting technology of coal gangue is carried out, and a reasonable scheme of coal gangue crushing and sorting technology is put forward, which provides a comprehensive and reliable technical support for the low cost, hierarchical and efficient utilization of coal gangue. Coal gangue is a mixture of rocks with different hardness and different calorific value. It has been proved by examples that the calorific value increases with the decrease of particle size. The different minerals contained in the coal gangue after crushing are enriched in different grain-grade, so the calorific value and mineral separation of the coal gangue can be carried out by selective crushing and reasonable screening and classification. Based on the distribution of granularity and calorific value, the effects of jaw crusher, roller crusher, hammer crusher and counter crusher on crushing coal gangue are compared. Combined with single stage hammer crusher, fine crusher, impact crusher and so on, a new type of coal gangue selective crusher with adjustable impact force and special crushing cavity structure was designed. The calorific value of the fine grained gangue below 2.36mm is more than 45% higher than that of the undisturbed gangue, and the over-crushing of the low-calorific value part of the gangue is effectively reduced.
