安全承諾對(duì)礦工安全行為的影響研究

【摘要】:煤礦行業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻、事故頻發(fā),造成嚴(yán)重的人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)表明,煤礦生產(chǎn)安全事故中80%以上由人因因素導(dǎo)致。學(xué)術(shù)界普遍認(rèn)為,人的不安全行為是煤礦生產(chǎn)安全事故發(fā)生的主要原因之一。如何使礦工在思想上、情感上和心理上認(rèn)同和投入企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn),承擔(dān)作為企業(yè)一員所涉及的安全責(zé)任和義務(wù)是一項(xiàng)迫在眉睫的事情。在安全行為領(lǐng)域,現(xiàn)有的研究大致有兩種觀點(diǎn):一類(lèi)是基于員工個(gè)體,即獨(dú)立個(gè)體對(duì)安全的認(rèn)知及行為能力;另一類(lèi)則強(qiáng)調(diào)組織環(huán)境,即個(gè)體在組織內(nèi)部的安全氛圍中形成的對(duì)組織安全管理的認(rèn)同。由于研究視角、支撐理論等因素的不同,對(duì)于礦山人因安全研究相對(duì)獨(dú)立分散。一是對(duì)各因素作用的交互關(guān)系至今沒(méi)有形成統(tǒng)一的認(rèn)識(shí);二是現(xiàn)有的研究只簡(jiǎn)單地考慮各因素與安全行為之間的線性關(guān)系是不夠的,在因果模型的構(gòu)建中,應(yīng)考慮干涉變量和中介變量等多重因素。作為員工認(rèn)同并參與企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)的強(qiáng)度,安全承諾的提出為全面的探討“如何干預(yù)和影響人的安全行為”的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)理提供了可能。鑒于此,本文構(gòu)建安全承諾對(duì)安全行為影響機(jī)制模型,借此研究安全認(rèn)知在安全承諾和安全行為之間的中介作用及組織管理的調(diào)節(jié)作用。本文對(duì)我國(guó)多家煤礦員工進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析,對(duì)煤礦礦工安全承諾作用機(jī)理建模研究。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和取得的研究成果為:⑴本文基于社會(huì)交換理論、層次需求理論,交互作用全面總結(jié)了煤礦礦工安全承諾形成過(guò)程和其作用機(jī)理,提出新的指標(biāo)體系對(duì)潛變量進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)將其劃分為5個(gè)維度。⑵綜合礦工安全承諾的影響因素和指標(biāo)體系的建立原則,探討“如何干預(yù)和影響人的安全行為”,建立包含安全承諾、安全認(rèn)知、安全行為和組織管理4個(gè)構(gòu)面的有調(diào)節(jié)的中介模型。⑶采用回歸分析法對(duì)影響關(guān)系有效量化,借助統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件處理收集到的問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行響應(yīng)偏差檢驗(yàn)和相關(guān)性分析,獲得各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的相關(guān)關(guān)系,然后用回歸分析確定安全承諾對(duì)結(jié)果變量的作用機(jī)理。⑷研究表明無(wú)論是安全承諾總指標(biāo)還是各因子均對(duì)礦工安全行為有顯著的正向影響;安全認(rèn)知在安全承諾影響安全行為的過(guò)程中均發(fā)揮部分中介效應(yīng);組織管理正向調(diào)節(jié)安全認(rèn)知在安全承諾于安全行為之間的中介作用。為礦工安全認(rèn)同和參與的測(cè)度提供了新的角度。
[Abstract]:The situation of safety in coal mining industry is severe, accidents occur frequently, causing serious casualties and property losses. Relevant data show that more than 80% of coal mine safety accidents are caused by human factors. It is generally believed in academia that unsafe behavior is one of the main reasons for coal mine production safety accidents. How to make miners identify and invest in safety production in mind, emotion and psychology, and bear the safety responsibility and obligation involved as a member of the enterprise is an urgent matter. In the field of safety behavior, there are generally two kinds of viewpoints: one is based on the cognition and behavior ability of the individual, that is, the independent individual, and the other is based on the organizational environment. That is, the identity of organizational security management formed by individuals in the internal security atmosphere. Because of the difference of research angle, support theory and other factors, the research on human safety in mines is relatively independent. One is that there is no unified understanding of the interaction of various factors, and the other is that it is not enough for existing studies to simply consider the linear relationship between each factor and the safety behavior, and in the construction of the causality model, Many factors such as interference variables and intermediate variables should be considered. As the strength of employee identification and participation in safe production, it is possible to discuss the realization mechanism of "how to intervene and affect human safety behavior". In view of this, this paper constructs a mechanism model of the influence of security commitment on safety behavior, and studies the intermediary role of safety cognition between security commitment and safety behavior and the regulatory role of organization management. In this paper, many coal mine workers in China are investigated and analyzed, and the mechanism of coal miners' safety commitment is modeled. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: 1 based on the theory of social exchange and the theory of hierarchy demand, the paper summarizes the formation process and mechanism of coal miners' safety commitment. This paper puts forward a new index system to evaluate the latent variables and divides them into five dimensions. 2 the influencing factors of comprehensive miners' safety commitment and the principles of establishing the index system are discussed, and the "how to intervene and influence human safety behavior" is discussed. A regulated intermediary model, which includes security commitment, safety cognition, safety behavior and organization management, was established. 3. Regression analysis was used to quantify the influence relationship effectively, and statistical software was used to process the collected questionnaire data. The response deviation test and correlation analysis of the sample data are carried out to obtain the correlation between each evaluation index and the evaluation object. Then the mechanism of safety commitment to the outcome variable was determined by regression analysis. 4. The results showed that both the total index of safety commitment and the factors had significant positive effects on the safety behavior of miners. Safety cognition plays a part of intermediary effect in the process of safety commitment influencing safety behavior, and organization management positively adjusts the intermediary effect between safety commitment and safety behavior. It provides a new angle for the measurement of miners' safety identification and participation.
