【摘要】：針對礦用錨桿力監(jiān)測問題,提出一種光學監(jiān)測方法。利用光學膜應(yīng)力與應(yīng)變之間的線性關(guān)系,在光源垂直照射下光學膜傾角的變化會引起干涉條紋數(shù)目的變化,根據(jù)不同的條紋數(shù)目來判斷錨桿的安全狀態(tài)。通過ANSYS有限元分析和MATLAB仿真分析,得出監(jiān)測裝置承受載荷從0變化到18.2 t,干涉條紋數(shù)目從0條增加到10條。并對干涉條紋的可見度及適宜觀測距離進行分析,證明該監(jiān)測裝置具有一定的可行性。
[Abstract]:An optical monitoring method for mine anchor force monitoring is proposed. Based on the linear relationship between stress and strain of optical film, the number of interference fringes will be changed by the change of dip angle of optical film under the vertical irradiation of light source. The safe state of anchor rod can be judged by different number of stripes. By ANSYS finite element analysis and MATLAB simulation analysis, it is concluded that the load of the monitoring device changes from 0 to 18.2 t, and the number of interference fringes increases from 0 to 10. The visibility of interference fringes and the suitable observation distance are analyzed, and it is proved that the monitoring device is feasible.
