礦井空壓機(jī)檢測(cè)與控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:煤炭作為我國(guó)能源生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)的主要一次能源,所占的比例一直在70%左右。隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,無(wú)論是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)還是人民生活,對(duì)于煤炭的需求量依然是逐漸增加的。以煤炭作為主要生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)的能源格局,在將來(lái)相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的一段時(shí)間內(nèi)是不會(huì)改變的?諌簷C(jī)作為煤炭生產(chǎn)中非常重要的一部分,它的穩(wěn)定性能對(duì)于煤炭的安全生產(chǎn)起著重要的作用。論文以某礦集團(tuán)某礦“空壓機(jī)檢測(cè)與控制系統(tǒng)”為背景對(duì)空壓機(jī)檢測(cè)與控制系統(tǒng)中不同部件,所使用不同類(lèi)型傳感器進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)比較分析,分別對(duì)排氣溫度、排氣壓力、電動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)載、電動(dòng)機(jī)電壓、電流檢測(cè)、電動(dòng)機(jī)振動(dòng)等項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行檢測(cè)與保護(hù)的傳感器進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)比較,并最終確定了其傳感器型號(hào)。針對(duì)礦井空壓機(jī)PLC控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)比較分析,最終選用西門(mén)子公司14輸入10輸出的S7-200系列224XP的PLC。詳細(xì)分析和設(shè)計(jì)了采用傳感器對(duì)空壓機(jī)各種參數(shù)進(jìn)行采集,并通過(guò)PLC、觸摸屏和組態(tài)軟件對(duì)空壓機(jī)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和控制的基本原理和方法。利用傳感器與保護(hù)元件對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各種參數(shù)的收集,結(jié)合通信技術(shù),針對(duì)原有的空壓機(jī)繼電器控制系統(tǒng)存在的不足,提出了基于PLC、觸摸屏和組態(tài)軟件相結(jié)合的空壓機(jī)改進(jìn)系統(tǒng),即實(shí)現(xiàn)空壓機(jī)智能化。對(duì)于礦井的安全生產(chǎn)提供了更為方便、簡(jiǎn)潔、安全、可靠的空壓機(jī)操作系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:As the main primary energy of energy production and consumption in China, coal accounts for about 70%. With the development of national economy, the demand for coal is still increasing. Coal as the main production and consumption of energy pattern, in the future for a long period of time will not change. As a very important part of coal production, air compressor plays an important role in the safety of coal production. Based on the "air compressor detection and control system" of a certain mine group, this paper compares and analyzes the different parts of the air compressor detection and control system and the different types of sensors used in the air compressor detection and control system in detail. The exhaust temperature and pressure are analyzed respectively. The sensors used to detect and protect motor overload, motor voltage, current detection and motor vibration are compared in detail, and the type of sensor is finally determined. According to the design of PLC control system of mine air compressor, through comparison and analysis, the PLC of S7-200 series 224XP, which is 14 input and 10 output from Siemens Company, is finally selected. The basic principle and method of measuring and controlling air compressor by means of PLC, touch screen and configuration software are analyzed and designed in detail. Based on the collection of field parameters by sensors and protection elements, combined with the communication technology, an improved air compressor control system based on PLC, touch screen and configuration software is proposed, aiming at the shortcomings of the original air compressor relay control system. That is to achieve intelligent air compressor. It provides a more convenient, simple, safe and reliable air compressor operating system for mine safety production.
