新型化學(xué)注漿材料模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)加固體力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:以煤層破碎頂板注漿為工程背景,研究新型聚氨酯漿液注漿加固體的力學(xué)性能。雙組份新型化學(xué)注漿材料溫度越高,反應(yīng)速度越快,固化時(shí)間越短,反應(yīng)溫度也越高。純漿液固結(jié)體的單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度為102.03MPa。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砂固結(jié)體的單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度為63.64MPa。 利用研制的注漿實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,通過壓力表、熱電偶、應(yīng)變片以及壓力盒等測試元件,測定了注漿試驗(yàn)過程中注漿壓力、溫度變化過程,注漿壓力最大值0.75MPa,實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置內(nèi)部壓力盒最大壓應(yīng)力0.78MPa,與注漿壓力基本一致,在10min左右測得最大反應(yīng)溫度53℃。室溫養(yǎng)護(hù)后開模,加固體表面漿脈清晰,固結(jié)均勻,表觀效果較好。 對加固體取芯進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn),混凝土實(shí)體芯樣的抗壓強(qiáng)度為31.05MPa,含一條漿脈和米字形漿脈的抗壓強(qiáng)度分別為23.16MPa、22.64MPa,其抗壓強(qiáng)度分別達(dá)到混凝土實(shí)體抗壓強(qiáng)度的74.6%、72.9%;混凝土實(shí)體芯樣粘聚力為0.97MPa和內(nèi)摩擦角31.4°,含漿脈芯樣試件粘聚力為0.75MPa,內(nèi)摩擦角為28.7°,其粘聚力和內(nèi)摩擦角分別達(dá)到混凝土實(shí)體的77.3%、91.4%;混凝土實(shí)體芯樣試件抗拉強(qiáng)度為1.98MP,漿脈較細(xì)和較粗的芯樣試件的抗拉強(qiáng)度分別為1.40MPa、1.28MPa,其抗拉強(qiáng)度分別達(dá)到混凝土實(shí)體抗拉強(qiáng)度的70.7%、64.6%。對比分析單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗剪強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度等力學(xué)性能,綜合評價(jià)注漿效果良好。
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties of a new type of polyurethane slurry and solid were studied in the background of coal seam broken roof grouting. The higher the temperature, the faster the reaction rate, the shorter the curing time and the higher the reaction temperature. The uniaxial compressive strength of pure slurry consolidation is 102.03 MPa. The uniaxial compressive strength of the standard sand consolidation body is 63.64 MPA. The grouting pressure and temperature change in the grouting test process were measured by means of the pressure gauge, thermocouple, strain gauge and pressure box and so on. The maximum grouting pressure of 0.75 MPA and the maximum pressure of 0.78 MPa of the inner pressure box of the experimental device are basically the same as the grouting pressure, and the maximum reaction temperature measured at 10min is 53 鈩,
