煤炭企業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)與選擇研究

【摘要】:“十三五”時(shí)期,煤炭企業(yè)面臨的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境比之往年更加復(fù)雜多變,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈發(fā)激烈。世界能源結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸向著清潔環(huán)保、低碳節(jié)能的方向調(diào)整,清潔能源受到市場(chǎng)認(rèn)可和青睞。過(guò)去長(zhǎng)期作為主體能源的煤炭的消費(fèi)比重日益降低,生產(chǎn)過(guò)剩日益嚴(yán)重,結(jié)構(gòu)重組和去產(chǎn)能提上日程。過(guò)去粗放式的煤炭生產(chǎn)方式廣受詬病,集約高效的生產(chǎn)方式已成為改革方向。國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)和消費(fèi)者的環(huán)境保護(hù)和資源節(jié)約意識(shí)大幅提高,可持續(xù)發(fā)展和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的理念成為全球共識(shí)。生態(tài)環(huán)境問(wèn)題的日益突出,迫使人類摒棄過(guò)去高投入、高消耗、高排放的發(fā)展方式,轉(zhuǎn)而推動(dòng)綠色增長(zhǎng),實(shí)施綠色新政,重視綠色供應(yīng)鏈的研究和實(shí)踐。因此,為了兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益,煤炭企業(yè)實(shí)施綠色供應(yīng)鏈和向“綠色化”轉(zhuǎn)變已經(jīng)成為大勢(shì)所趨,且刻不容緩。在這種背景下,本文以綠色供應(yīng)鏈為視角,著重研究煤炭企業(yè)的物資供應(yīng)商的評(píng)價(jià)和選擇問(wèn)題。首先歸納和回顧綠色供應(yīng)鏈、供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)等方面的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而提出本文的研究思路和框架。其次,分析綠色供應(yīng)鏈的基本內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn),對(duì)“煤炭企業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈”的概念作了定義,同時(shí)總結(jié)和比較各種常用供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)方法,共同構(gòu)成本文的理論依據(jù)。再次,詳細(xì)分析煤炭企業(yè)踐行綠色供應(yīng)鏈的現(xiàn)狀與必要性。接下來(lái),根據(jù)質(zhì)量、成本、服務(wù)、供應(yīng)商競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平、綠色指標(biāo)五個(gè)準(zhǔn)則,構(gòu)建了考慮綠色供應(yīng)鏈的煤炭企業(yè)供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明。然后,在對(duì)原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行無(wú)量綱化處理的基礎(chǔ)上,選用AHP和熵值法相結(jié)合,確定指標(biāo)的綜合權(quán)重,再用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法和TOPSIS法相結(jié)合,建立綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。最后,結(jié)合D煤炭企業(yè)的某次采購(gòu)實(shí)例對(duì)上述模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證和分析,證明其有效性和可行性。本文提出的“煤炭企業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈”的概念和GRAP-TOPSIS評(píng)價(jià)方法能豐富“綠色供應(yīng)鏈”以及“供應(yīng)商選擇”相關(guān)課題的研究,對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)的綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理起到一定的積極作用。
[Abstract]:During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the international and domestic environment faced by coal enterprises is more complex and changeable than in previous years, and the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. The energy structure of the world is gradually adjusted towards the direction of clean environmental protection and low carbon energy saving. Clean energy is recognized and favored by the market. In the past, the proportion of coal consumption as the main source of energy in the past has been decreasing day by day, the overproduction is becoming more and more serious, the structural reorganization and the deproduction capacity are on the agenda. In the past, extensive coal production has been widely criticized, intensive and efficient production has become the direction of reform. International and domestic markets and consumers' awareness of environmental protection and resource conservation have been greatly improved, and the concept of sustainable development and circular economy has become a global consensus. The problem of ecological environment is becoming more and more prominent, forcing people to abandon the past development mode of high investment, high consumption and high emission, to promote green growth, to implement green new policy, and to attach importance to the research and practice of green supply chain. Therefore, in order to take into account the economic and environmental benefits, the implementation of green supply chain and the transformation to "green" have become the trend of the times, and it is urgent for coal enterprises to implement green supply chain. In this context, this paper focuses on the evaluation and selection of material suppliers in coal enterprises from the perspective of green supply chain. Firstly, the research status of green supply chain, supplier evaluation and so on are summarized and reviewed, and then the research ideas and framework of this paper are put forward. Secondly, this paper analyzes the basic connotation and characteristics of green supply chain, defines the concept of "green supply chain in coal enterprises", and summarizes and compares various common supplier evaluation methods, which constitute the theoretical basis of this paper. Thirdly, the status quo and necessity of green supply chain in coal enterprises are analyzed in detail. Then, according to the five criteria of quality, cost, service, supplier competitiveness and green index, the evaluation index system of coal enterprise supplier considering green supply chain is constructed, and each index is explained briefly. Then, on the basis of dimensionless processing of the original data, AHP and entropy method are used to determine the comprehensive weight of the index, and then the grey relational analysis method and TOPSIS method are used to establish the comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the above model is verified and analyzed by a purchasing example of D coal enterprise, which proves its validity and feasibility. The concept of "green supply chain" and the evaluation method of GRAP-TOPSIS put forward in this paper can enrich the research on "green supply chain" and "supplier selection", and play a positive role in green supply chain management of coal enterprises.
