【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代煤礦工業(yè)自動化程度的不斷提高,煤炭的裝運(yùn)過程也趨向自動化、智能化。煤礦自動裝車系統(tǒng)不但能提高裝車速度、煤炭運(yùn)輸能力,而且能夠減少裝車過程中可能會存在的問題。因此,對于提高煤礦裝車系統(tǒng)的整體效率具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以張家峁煤礦為應(yīng)用研究實(shí)例,設(shè)計了一套煤礦自動裝車系統(tǒng)。闡述了張家峁煤礦自動裝車系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計框架;介紹了張家峁煤礦裝車供配電控制系統(tǒng)、稱重系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)和給料運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的原理圖和結(jié)構(gòu)圖;提出了利用AB公司的PLC對上述系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計并給出了相應(yīng)的梯形圖;根據(jù)車輛特征量信息,利用圖像處理技術(shù)對煤礦車輛進(jìn)行定位及識別;利用RSView軟件在上位機(jī)對張家峁煤礦裝車系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行組態(tài)及設(shè)計,設(shè)計了后臺設(shè)計界面;設(shè)計了基于模糊PID控制的煤位控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對煤位精準(zhǔn)的調(diào)節(jié)與控制。本文詳細(xì)介紹了整個裝車系統(tǒng)的組成結(jié)構(gòu)及原理,給出了在計算過程中的仿真分析及部分程序邏輯。經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和設(shè)備調(diào)試,該系統(tǒng)最終在張家峁煤礦得到成功運(yùn)行。此系統(tǒng)安裝方便、簡單易行、控制精準(zhǔn)、性價比高。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,該裝車系統(tǒng)使得裝車效率得到了提高,裝車穩(wěn)定性和精確性達(dá)到了設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:With the increasing automation of modern coal industry, the coal shipping process tends to automate and intelligentize. Coal mine automatic loading system can not only improve loading speed, coal transportation capacity, but also reduce the possible problems in loading process. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to improve the overall efficiency of coal mine loading system. Taking Zhangjiaomao Coal Mine as an example, this paper designs a coal mine automatic loading system. This paper expounds the overall design framework of the automatic loading system of Zhangjiaomao Coal Mine, introduces the schematic diagram and structure diagram of the control system, weighing system, hydraulic system and feed and transportation system of the loading, distribution and distribution system in Zhangjiaomao Coal Mine. The PLC of AB Company is used to design the system and the corresponding trapezoid diagram is given, and according to the characteristic information of vehicle, the image processing technology is used to locate and identify the coal mine vehicle. Using RSView software to configure and design the loading system of Zhangjiaomao coal mine, the background design interface is designed, and the coal level control system based on fuzzy pid control is designed, which realizes the precise adjustment and control of coal level. In this paper, the structure and principle of the whole loading system are introduced in detail, and the simulation analysis and some program logic in the process of calculation are given. After system design and equipment debugging, the system was successfully run in Zhangjiama Coal Mine. This system is easy to install, easy to implement, accurate control and high cost-performance. The operation results show that the loading efficiency is improved and the stability and accuracy of loading meet the design requirements.
