聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸附-火焰原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定銅選礦流程樣品中金

【摘要】:在稍開馬弗爐爐門的條件下焙燒樣品后,采用鹽酸、硝酸-氯酸鉀溶樣,用約0.2g經(jīng)10%(體積分?jǐn)?shù),下同)鹽酸浸泡24h后的聚氨酯泡沫塑料(簡(jiǎn)稱泡塑)吸附樣品中金,以自來水沖洗干凈泡塑以去除吸附礦漿,然后直接用王水-高氯酸對(duì)泡塑進(jìn)行消解,建立了泡塑吸附-火焰原子吸收光譜法(FAAS)測(cè)定銅選礦流程中金的分析方法。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:高碳、高硫樣品在稍開馬弗爐爐門的條件下,650℃焙燒3.5h可以將碳處理干凈;用0.2g經(jīng)10%鹽酸浸泡24h后的泡塑可將4.0mg金吸附完全;泡塑震蕩吸附120min基本可以消除礦漿對(duì)吸附率的影響。在選定的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,金在0.20~1.0μg/mL質(zhì)量濃度范圍內(nèi)與其對(duì)應(yīng)的吸光度線性良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.999 8,方法檢出限為0.024μg/g。采用實(shí)驗(yàn)方法對(duì)銅選礦流程中銅原礦、銅精礦、銅尾礦中金進(jìn)行測(cè)定,測(cè)定結(jié)果與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法 GB/T 3884.2—2012或GB/T 20899—2007均較為一致,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD,n=11)不大于10%。
[Abstract]:After roasting the samples under the condition of a slightly opened muffle furnace door, the samples were dissolved with hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and potassium chlorate, and the samples were soaked in 10% hydrochloric acid for 24 hours with about 0.2g (volume fraction) of hydrochloric acid to adsorb gold in the samples. A method for the determination of gold in copper mineral processing process was established by using Wang Shui perchloric acid as a direct method for the determination of gold in copper processing process. The foam plastic was washed with tap water to remove the adsorbed pulp, and then the foam plastic was digested directly by Wang Shui perchloric acid. The method was developed for the determination of gold in copper mineral processing process by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (Faas). The results show that the samples with high carbon and high sulfur can be treated clean at 650 鈩,
