【摘要】：隨著難動用礦產(chǎn)資源爆破回采的不斷進(jìn)行,爆炸荷載的多次重復(fù)作用會引起采空區(qū)礦柱和圍巖的累積損傷�；诒ê奢d作用會導(dǎo)致巖石性質(zhì)劣化的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合巖石爆破中的高應(yīng)變率效應(yīng)和巖石損傷理論,建立改進(jìn)的損傷本構(gòu)模型。采用Fortran語言嵌入動力有限元分析軟件中,建立模型通過與已有理論和現(xiàn)場實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比,驗(yàn)證本構(gòu)模型以及程序的適用性。最后以程潮鐵礦西區(qū)保安礦柱爆破回采工程為背景,得到中深部采空區(qū)中多次爆破作用下中遠(yuǎn)區(qū)和爆破近區(qū)巖體累積損傷的規(guī)律,分析得出了較佳的回采順序,并探討了動靜力組合作用誘發(fā)圍巖累積損傷規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:With the development of mining by blasting, repeated action of explosion load will cause cumulative damage of pillar and surrounding rock in goaf. An improved damage constitutive model is established based on the high strain rate effect in rock blasting and rock damage theory based on the characteristics that explosive load can lead to the deterioration of rock properties. Fortran language is used to embed the dynamic finite element analysis software and the model is established to verify the applicability of the constitutive model and the program by comparing with the existing theory and the field measured data. Finally, based on the mining project of Baoan pillar blasting in the west of Chengchao Iron Mine, the law of rock mass cumulative damage in the middle and deep goaf under the action of multiple blasting is obtained, and the better mining sequence is obtained. The cumulative damage law of surrounding rock induced by the combination of static and dynamic forces is discussed.
