拱效應(yīng)對狹窄型充填采場內(nèi)應(yīng)力分布狀態(tài)的影響

【摘要】:利用FLAC研究了拱效應(yīng)對狹窄型采場內(nèi)充填體垂直應(yīng)力的降低比率,對比了不同內(nèi)摩擦角下充填體內(nèi)的拱效應(yīng)及水平應(yīng)力的轉(zhuǎn)化率,討論了回填次數(shù)對充填體應(yīng)力分布狀態(tài)的影響。結(jié)果表明:拱效應(yīng)的存在使充填體內(nèi)的垂直應(yīng)力隨著深度的增加而逐漸趨于穩(wěn)定,采場底板處的垂直應(yīng)力僅為其上覆充填體自重的42.26%;充填體內(nèi)摩擦角分別為15°、30°和45°時,對應(yīng)的水平應(yīng)力轉(zhuǎn)化率分別為51.55%、57.74%和69.07%;回填次數(shù)對充填體內(nèi)的拱效應(yīng)及應(yīng)力分布狀態(tài)影響甚微。狹窄型采場內(nèi)的充填體強度設(shè)計應(yīng)考慮拱效應(yīng)對垂直應(yīng)力的轉(zhuǎn)化作用,從而降低相關(guān)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The ratio of arch effect to the vertical stress in the filling body in a narrow stope is studied by FLAC, and the arch effect and the transformation rate of horizontal stress are compared under different internal friction angles. The influence of the number of backfilling times on the stress distribution in the filling body is discussed. The results show that the vertical stress in the filling body is with the depth of the filling body with the depth of the body. The vertical stress at the bottom of the stope is only 42.26% of the self weight of the overlying filling body, and the corresponding horizontal stress conversion rate is 51.55%, 57.74% and 69.07% respectively when the friction angle of the filling body is 15, 30 and 45, respectively, and the backfilling times have little influence on the arch effect and stress distribution in the filling body. The conversion of arch effect to vertical stress should be taken into account in the design of backfill strength in stope, so as to reduce related technical and economic indexes.
