一種新型并聯(lián)液壓支架的設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:液壓支架作為井下煤炭開采過程中的重要設(shè)備,它的適用性對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)采煤工作的機(jī)械化和自動(dòng)化具有重要意義。它不僅可以極大限度的增加煤炭的開采效率、降低生產(chǎn)成本,而且還可以很大程度上的保障井下工作人員的生命安全。但是,國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)在廣泛應(yīng)用的液壓支架存在結(jié)構(gòu)原理上的缺陷,導(dǎo)致這種傳統(tǒng)的液壓支架存在較大的內(nèi)力,這會(huì)給井下開采工作帶來(lái)一定的安全隱患。 我國(guó)現(xiàn)在普遍采用的是基于四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的液壓支架,它是由兩個(gè)互相平行的四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)組成,其中的每個(gè)四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的自由度都為1,這樣整個(gè)液壓支架的自由度就為-1,屬于超靜定結(jié)構(gòu),容易產(chǎn)生較大的內(nèi)力。本文結(jié)合實(shí)際工況以及并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)承載力高、動(dòng)態(tài)性能好、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn),提出一種基于并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的新型液壓支架。通過查閱大量國(guó)內(nèi)外的參考文獻(xiàn),對(duì)這種基于并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的新型液壓支架進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的分析和研究。 本文結(jié)合6-SPS并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn),用其代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)液壓支架中的四連桿機(jī)構(gòu),初步建立了并聯(lián)液壓支架的虛擬樣機(jī)模型,通過理論計(jì)算和ADAMS軟件對(duì)其自由度進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和驗(yàn)證。簡(jiǎn)單的討論了并聯(lián)液壓支架的極限工作空間以及其影響因素。在ADAMS軟件中,對(duì)并聯(lián)液壓支架的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)逆解和運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)正解進(jìn)行了仿真,并通過理論計(jì)算對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算,驗(yàn)算結(jié)果表明運(yùn)用ADAMS軟件對(duì)并聯(lián)液壓支架的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)問題進(jìn)行仿真是可行的,這也為今后對(duì)并聯(lián)液壓支架立柱運(yùn)動(dòng)特性的研究提供參考;在ADAMS分析完成的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用ANSYS Workbench軟件研究分析了并聯(lián)液壓支架六根立柱位置的選擇對(duì)整體最大等效應(yīng)力的影響,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的分析和探討。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic support is an important equipment in the process of underground coal mining. Its applicability is of great significance to realize mechanization and automation of coal mining. It not only can greatly increase the efficiency of coal mining, reduce production costs, but also to a large extent to ensure the safety of underground workers. However, there are some defects in the structure principle of the hydraulic support which is widely used in our country, which leads to the large internal force of this kind of traditional hydraulic support, which will bring a certain safety hidden danger to the underground mining work. What is commonly used in our country is a hydraulic support based on a four-link mechanism, which is composed of two parallel four-bar linkages. The degree of freedom of each four-bar linkage is 1, so the degree of freedom of the whole hydraulic support is -1, which belongs to the statically indeterminate structure and easily produces a large internal force. In this paper, a new type of hydraulic support based on parallel mechanism is proposed, which combines the advantages of high bearing capacity, good dynamic performance and simple structure of parallel mechanism. By consulting a large number of references at home and abroad, this new type of hydraulic support based on parallel mechanism is analyzed and studied. Based on the characteristics of 6-SPS parallel mechanism, the virtual prototype model of parallel hydraulic support is established by replacing the four-bar mechanism in traditional hydraulic support. The degree of freedom is calculated and verified by theoretical calculation and Adams software. The limit workspace of parallel hydraulic support and its influencing factors are briefly discussed. In Adams software, the kinematics inverse solution and kinematics forward solution of parallel hydraulic support are simulated, and the simulation results are checked by theoretical calculation. The results show that it is feasible to use Adams software to simulate the kinematics of parallel hydraulic support, which provides a reference for the future research on the kinematic characteristics of parallel hydraulic support. The influence of the position of six columns of parallel hydraulic support on the overall maximum equivalent stress is studied by ANSYS Workbench software, and the results are analyzed and discussed.
