大黃山煤礦大跨度切眼錨桿錨索支護(hù)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著錨桿支護(hù)技術(shù)在大黃山煤礦的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展,錨桿支護(hù)已在大黃山煤礦的巷道支護(hù)中占據(jù)絕對優(yōu)勢,然而,單純的錨桿支護(hù)還不能很好的解決大黃山煤礦中大煤層大跨度切眼的支護(hù)難題。新疆大黃山煤礦中大煤層切眼寬8m,高3m,煤層厚度25.12m,煤層較軟,能否解決好中大煤層大跨度切眼的支護(hù)難題,是大黃山煤礦擴(kuò)大開采規(guī)模和保證安全生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵。本文對錨桿錨索的懸吊、組合梁和松動圈等支護(hù)理論以及錨桿錨索的失穩(wěn)機(jī)理作了較為全面的分析,通過等效橢圓的方式和彈塑性極限平衡理論研究了大跨度矩形切眼圍巖的塑性區(qū)范圍。在分析現(xiàn)有設(shè)計(jì)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,選用基于巷道圍巖松動范圍的錨桿錨索動態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)方法。最后以大黃山煤礦+708—+750中大煤層大跨度切眼錨桿錨索支護(hù)為工程項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行了大跨度切眼錨桿錨索支護(hù)技術(shù)的實(shí)踐研究。通過對比本文選用的動態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)方法和傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法,確定了大黃山煤礦+708-+750中大煤層大跨度切眼錨桿錨索支護(hù)方案,并采用有限差分軟件FLAC-3D對支護(hù)效果進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)定性分析;初始設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐,監(jiān)測支護(hù)效果,采用數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件對監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,評價了支護(hù)效果,反饋信息后再優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了初始設(shè)計(jì)與工程生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐結(jié)合的動態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)。本文所采用的支護(hù)參數(shù)計(jì)算理論較好地解決了大黃山煤礦+708—+750中大煤層大跨度切眼錨桿錨索支護(hù)的技術(shù)難題,可供相似切眼設(shè)計(jì)參考。
[Abstract]:With the application and development of bolt support technology in Dawangshan Coal Mine, bolt support has occupied an absolute advantage in the roadway support of Dawangshan Coal Mine. However, The simple bolt support can not solve the problem of long span hole cutting in middle and large coal seam of Dawangshan Coal Mine. The cut hole width of middle and large coal seam is 8 m, the height is 3 m, the thickness of coal seam is 25.12 m, and the coal seam is soft. It is the key to enlarge the mining scale and ensure safe production to solve the support problem of large span cut hole in middle and large coal seam in Xinjiang Dawangshan Coal Mine. In this paper, the suspension of anchor cable, the supporting theory of composite beam and loose ring, and the mechanism of instability of anchor cable are analyzed comprehensively. By means of equivalent ellipse and elastic-plastic limit equilibrium theory, the range of plastic zone of surrounding rock with large span rectangular cut hole is studied. Based on the analysis of the existing design methods, the dynamic design method of anchor cable based on the loose range of roadway surrounding rock is selected. Finally, with the large span bolt and cable support in 708-750 medium and large coal seam of Dawangshan Coal Mine as the engineering project, the practical research on the support technology of large span cut hole bolt and cable is carried out. By comparing the dynamic design method and the traditional design method, this paper determines the support scheme of bolt in 708-750 medium and large coal seam, and analyzes the stability of the support effect by using FLAC-3D. The initial design is applied in practice to monitor the support effect. The data processing software is used to analyze the monitoring data, evaluate the support effect, and then optimize the design after feedback information, and realize the dynamic design which combines the initial design with the engineering production practice. The calculation theory of supporting parameters adopted in this paper has solved the technical problem of bolting cable support of large span and long span cutting bolt in 708-750 medium and large coal seam of Dawangshan Coal Mine, which can be used as a reference for similar cutting design.
