沖擊誘導(dǎo)損傷巖石的切削特性

【摘要】:為了提高硬巖礦山開采時(shí)牙輪切削鉆孔效率,降低鉆具磨損,提出沖擊誘導(dǎo)切削復(fù)合破巖新方法。在Walsh模型的基礎(chǔ)上,建立沖擊誘導(dǎo)孔周圍巖石損傷區(qū)的裂紋模型,推導(dǎo)巖石損傷區(qū)的牙輪鉆齒侵入系數(shù)方程及牙輪鉆速方程,分析裂紋密度和擾動(dòng)頻率分別對巖石彈性模量、鉆齒侵入系數(shù)和鉆齒切削力的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著裂紋密度增大,巖石的有效彈性模量減小,侵入系數(shù)逐漸減小;在一定內(nèi)摩擦角范圍內(nèi),隨著裂紋密度增大,牙輪鉆速顯著提高;在相同軸向載荷條件下,隨著沖擊擾動(dòng)頻率增大,牙輪鉆齒切削力逐漸減小。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the wear of drilling tools in hard rock mining, a new method of combined rock breaking by impact induced cutting is put forward. On the basis of Walsh model, the crack model of rock damage zone around the impingement induced hole is established, and the invading coefficient equation and drilling speed equation are derived, and the elastic modulus of rock is analyzed by crack density and disturbance frequency, respectively. The influence of penetration coefficient and cutting force of drilling teeth. The results show that with the increase of crack density, the effective elastic modulus of rock decreases and the invasion coefficient decreases, and in a certain range of internal friction angles, the drilling speed increases significantly with the increase of crack density, and under the same axial load, the effective elastic modulus of rock decreases with the increase of crack density, and the penetration coefficient decreases gradually with the increase of crack density. With the increase of perturbed frequency, the cutting force decreases gradually.
