司家營研山鐵礦采場防治水工程方案研究

【摘要】:河北省是鋼鐵大省,鐵礦資源極其豐富。近年來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)水平的不斷提高,越來越多過去無法開采的礦山也得以開發(fā),包括那些過去因?yàn)樗紗栴}而無法開采的礦山。司家營研山鐵礦的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)常受到水患問題的影響,該礦采場東邊幫的局部區(qū)域于2011年已經(jīng)施工高壓旋噴帷幕一道。然而,由于地層條件不是十分明確、含水層地下水滲透性能未知、地下水水力聯(lián)系不清,該部位帷幕工程施工完畢后,采場東邊幫地下水出水量仍然很大,致使該部位的剝離工作停止,為此必須進(jìn)行第二輪礦山防治水,否則礦山生產(chǎn)難以保障。以司家營研山鐵礦采礦場防治水工程為例,深入開展了方案研究,為第二輪防治水工程的實(shí)施提出切實(shí)可行的設(shè)計(jì)方案和施工方案。為了更好的進(jìn)行第二次防治水工程設(shè)計(jì),首先深入研究了司家營礦區(qū)的地質(zhì)和水文地質(zhì)情況,進(jìn)一步摸清了地下水力聯(lián)系。除了弄清地質(zhì)情況以外,對第一次防治水工程進(jìn)行了研究和評價(jià),查找不足,為第二次防治水工程設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒意見。隨后,進(jìn)行了防治水工程設(shè)計(jì)多方案的比選,從技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等多個(gè)角度討討論,確定了地下連續(xù)墻的設(shè)計(jì)方案。最后,在工程實(shí)施過程中,采取了部分的技術(shù)改進(jìn)措施和創(chuàng)新研究,包括利用塑性混凝土取代普通硅酸鹽混凝土,減少水泥用量,以及創(chuàng)新嘗試采用開槽挖出的廢棄渣土替代了部分粗骨料等,均有效地節(jié)約了工程投資。
[Abstract]:Hebei Province is a large iron and steel province, iron ore resources are extremely rich. In recent years, with the development of science and technology, more and more mines, including those which were unable to be mined, have been developed. The production of Sijiaying Yanshan Iron Mine is often affected by the flood problem. The local area of the east side of the mine stope has been constructed together with high pressure jet curtain in 2011. However, as the formation conditions are not very clear, the groundwater permeability of the aquifer is unknown, and the hydraulic connection of the groundwater is not clear, the amount of groundwater produced from the east side of the stope is still very large after the curtain project is completed. In order to stop the stripping of this part, the second round of mine water control must be carried out, otherwise the mine production is difficult to guarantee. Taking the water control project of mining site of Sijiaying Yanshan Iron Mine as an example, the project is studied in depth, and a feasible design scheme and construction scheme are put forward for the implementation of the second round of water control project. In order to better carry out the design of the second water control project, the geological and hydrogeological conditions of Sijiaying mining area are studied in depth, and the relation of groundwater force is found out. In addition to making clear the geological conditions, the first water control project is studied and evaluated, which is insufficient to provide reference for the design of the second water control project. Then, the design scheme of underground continuous wall is determined by comparing and selecting many schemes of prevention and control water engineering design, discussing the technical and economic aspects, etc. Finally, in the process of engineering implementation, some technical improvement measures and innovative research have been adopted, including the use of plastic concrete to replace ordinary Portland concrete, and the reduction of cement content. In addition, some coarse aggregates are replaced by slotted waste residue, which can save project investment effectively.
