松軟厚煤層采區(qū)巷道注漿加固及支護(hù)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:注漿加固是土木工程中常用的巖土體加固技術(shù)。隨著注漿材料及注漿工藝的進(jìn)步,新型注漿加固技術(shù)及其工程運(yùn)用研究也愈加受到重視。本文以韓城礦業(yè)公司下峪口煤礦為工程依托,開展高滲透性早強(qiáng)注漿材料的注漿工藝、注漿參數(shù)、煤體加固效果及應(yīng)用研究,對(duì)礦山生產(chǎn)與安全具有重要意義。為了找到適合松軟厚煤層的注漿加固材料,從注漿理論、注漿材料、注漿技術(shù)和支護(hù)方式等方面,對(duì)巷道周圍的煤巖體進(jìn)行室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)、地面模擬注漿試驗(yàn)和井下注漿試驗(yàn)。理論探究:首先分析了下峪口煤礦煤田的形成過程;其次對(duì)Maag滲透注漿理論進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)充修正,分析了注漿壓力對(duì)于滲透注漿的影響;再次基于彈塑性理論,推導(dǎo)了劈裂注漿的啟劈壓力的求解方法;估算出了下峪口煤礦21308巷道的松動(dòng)圈范圍;最后依據(jù)煤巖體裂隙發(fā)展機(jī)理,推測(cè)出裂隙條數(shù)與裂隙寬度的大致關(guān)系,并據(jù)此關(guān)系對(duì)灌注系數(shù)?的合理性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。室內(nèi)試驗(yàn):對(duì)不同密度下的煤與聚氨酯攪拌后進(jìn)行了無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)聚氨酯對(duì)于煤巖體有很大的膠結(jié)作用;同時(shí)為了工程應(yīng)用,還對(duì)用于充填的水泥-黃土漿液進(jìn)行了無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)。地面模擬試驗(yàn):通過自制的煤體注漿加固裝置,進(jìn)行了地面模擬注漿試驗(yàn),計(jì)算分析了密閉空間下的煤體注漿加固的可行性。井下試驗(yàn):通過多次井下注漿試驗(yàn),得到了合適的注漿加固封孔及管路設(shè)計(jì)方案,并對(duì)現(xiàn)階段的注漿加固方案進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化;根據(jù)錨桿拉拔試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,敘述了現(xiàn)行支護(hù)方式的一些不足,并提出了巷道加固的初步方案。
[Abstract]:Grouting reinforcement is a commonly used rock and soil reinforcement technology in civil engineering. With the progress of grouting materials and grouting technology, the new grouting reinforcement technology and its engineering application have been paid more and more attention. Based on Xiayukou Coal Mine of Hancheng Mining Company, this paper is of great significance to mine production and safety by developing grouting technology, grouting parameters, coal reinforcement effect and application of high permeability early-strength grouting materials. In order to find suitable grouting reinforcement materials for soft and thick coal seam, laboratory tests, ground simulation grouting tests and underground grouting tests were carried out on coal and rock mass around roadway from the aspects of grouting theory, grouting materials, grouting technology and supporting methods. Theoretical research: firstly, the formation process of coal field in Xiayukou coal mine is analyzed; secondly, the Maag permeable grouting theory is modified to analyze the influence of grouting pressure on permeable grouting; thirdly, based on elastic-plastic theory, This paper deduces the solution method of splitting pressure of split grouting, estimates the loosening circle range of 21308 roadway in Xiayukou Coal Mine, and finally, according to the fracture development mechanism of coal and rock mass, infer the approximate relationship between the number of cracks and the width of fractures. And on the basis of the relationship between the perfusion coefficient? The rationality of the method is verified. Laboratory test: the unconfined compressive strength test of different density of coal and polyurethane was carried out. It was found that polyurethane has great cementation effect on coal and rock mass, and for engineering application, The non-lateral compressive strength test of cement-loess slurry used for filling was also carried out. Ground simulation test: through the self-made coal body grouting reinforcement device, the ground simulation grouting test was carried out, and the feasibility of the coal body grouting reinforcement under the closed space was calculated and analyzed. Underground test: through many underground grouting tests, a suitable grouting reinforcement sealing and pipe design scheme is obtained, and the grouting reinforcement scheme at the present stage is optimized, according to the test results of anchor rod drawing, This paper describes some shortcomings of current supporting methods and puts forward a preliminary plan for roadway reinforcement.
