【摘要】：遼寧丹東某銅礦尾礦金品位為1.35 g/t,屬低品位難處理金礦。采用柱浸模擬現(xiàn)場堆浸工藝條件,對工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行了模擬試驗(yàn)。條件實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,在浸出劑氰化鈉濃度為0.10%、石灰水噴淋調(diào)整浸出液pH=11、礦層高度305 mm、在10℃以上浸出120 h,金浸出率為58.14%。放大試驗(yàn)延長浸出時(shí)間至480 h,金浸出率達(dá)到70%左右。獲得的工藝參數(shù)可為堆浸生產(chǎn)提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The tailing gold grade of a copper mine in Dandong, Liaoning Province, is 1.35 g / t, which is a low grade refractory gold deposit. The process parameters were simulated by column leaching simulation in situ heap leaching process conditions.
