露天礦多采區(qū)協(xié)同開采資源配置優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對(duì)鞍千礦業(yè)公司科學(xué)配礦需求,建立露天礦多采區(qū)協(xié)同開采資源配置優(yōu)化模型。針對(duì)礦山實(shí)際自然環(huán)境和生產(chǎn)限制條件,在掌握礦山各采區(qū)品位分布等礦山基本信息的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用線性規(guī)劃單純形大M法解算與3DMine礦業(yè)軟件相結(jié)合,并以鞍千礦為實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證該方法的實(shí)用性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:礦石破碎站的礦石輸出品位穩(wěn)定在要求范圍之內(nèi),從而保持了選廠入選品位的穩(wěn)定,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了提高生產(chǎn)效率,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,提高了選礦工藝流程和設(shè)備設(shè)施的生產(chǎn)能力,對(duì)礦山科學(xué)生產(chǎn)具有指導(dǎo)性意義。
[Abstract]:According to the scientific matching demand of Anqian Mining Company, the optimization model of resource allocation in multi-mining area of opencast mine is established. In view of the actual natural environment and production restriction conditions of mines, on the basis of mastering the basic information of mines, such as grade distribution of mining areas, this paper combines the solution of linear programming simplex large M method with 3DMine mining software, and takes Anshan coal mine as an example. The practicability of the method is verified. The test results show that the ore output grade of the ore crushing station is stable within the required range, thus maintaining the stability of the ore grade in the dressing plant, finally improving the production efficiency and reducing the production cost. It improves the production capacity of mineral processing process and equipment and facilities, and is of guiding significance to the scientific production of mines.
