褐煤中官能團(tuán)對(duì)其燃燒特性的影響

【摘要】:為研究煤的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)煤的燃燒特性的影響,選取7種典型褐煤,借助熱重分析儀、傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀對(duì)所選煤樣進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)特征及燃燒特性分析。利用Gaussian峰對(duì)褐煤紅外光譜譜線(xiàn)進(jìn)行分峰擬合,以此確定褐煤中官能團(tuán)的分布、歸屬及結(jié)構(gòu)特征,從而研究煤樣中官能團(tuán)對(duì)其燃燒特性的影響。結(jié)果表明:褐煤中芳香烴結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性較好,活性較低,對(duì)煤的著火是不利的;脂肪烴含量影響褐煤燃盡溫度,對(duì)煤的燃盡不利;含氧官能團(tuán)、羥基分別能提高褐煤著火后燃燒速度和降低褐煤的活化能,能促進(jìn)煤的著火燃燒。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of the microstructure of coal on the combustion characteristics of coal, seven typical lignite were selected and the structural characteristics and combustion characteristics of the selected coal samples were analyzed by means of thermogravimetric analyzer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The distribution, attribution and structural characteristics of functional groups in lignite were determined by fitting the spectral lines of infrared spectrum of lignite with Gaussian peak, and the effect of functional groups on combustion characteristics of lignite was studied. The results show that the structure of aromatic hydrocarbons in lignite is stable and the activity is low, which is unfavorable to the ignition of lignite, the content of fat hydrocarbon affects the burnout temperature of lignite, and it is unfavorable to burning out of lignite. Hydroxyl groups can increase the combustion rate of lignite after ignition and decrease the activation energy of lignite, and can promote the combustion of lignite.
