銅渣高溫快速還原焙燒-磁選回收鐵的研究

【摘要】:采用高溫快速還原焙燒-磁選工藝從銅冶煉渣回收鐵,系統(tǒng)研究了堿度(Ca O/Si O2)、還原溫度、還原時間、還原劑用量等因素對磁選金屬鐵粉質量的影響。結果表明,銅渣中的鐵主要以鐵橄欖石形式存在,其次為磁鐵礦;在堿度(Ca O/Si O2)0.6、焦粉配比12%、還原溫度1 300℃、還原時間30 min、銅渣粒度-0.074 mm粒級占95%、磁場強度0.08 T的條件下,可得到鐵品位91.10%、金屬化率94.27%的金屬鐵粉。
[Abstract]:Iron was recovered from copper smelting slag by high temperature rapid reduction roasting-magnetic separation process. The effects of basicity of Cao / Sio _ 2, reduction temperature, reduction time and amount of reducing agent on the quality of magnetic separation metal iron powder were systematically studied.
