王臺(tái)鋪煤礦旺格維利采煤法紅外輻射物理相似模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本文通過相似模擬旺格維利充填采煤法來(lái)研究短壁工作面開采過程中紅外輻射溫度的變化規(guī)律,采用FLAC3D大型三維數(shù)值計(jì)算軟件對(duì)旺格維利充填采煤法采場(chǎng)巷道圍巖應(yīng)力應(yīng)變規(guī)律進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,在紅外輻射熱像圖中尋找紅外輻射溫度變化異常區(qū),并對(duì)紅外輻射溫度變化異常區(qū)內(nèi)平均紅外輻射溫度進(jìn)行定量分析,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)旺格維利充填采煤法礦壓控制具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。在紅外輻射溫度實(shí)驗(yàn)中,外界干擾因素對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果影響較大,并且由于外界干擾因素的不可逆性、復(fù)雜性及隨機(jī)性,通過理論計(jì)算其紅外輻射不可行,以往的去噪方法均未分離去除外界因素的干擾,本文提出參照區(qū)域去噪法,基于在內(nèi)部因素基本穩(wěn)定的情況下,物體表面平均紅外輻射溫度基本穩(wěn)定變化相對(duì)較小的原則,通過參照區(qū)域平均紅外輻射溫度曲線去除所有外界影響因素的紅外輻射,從而得出較為真實(shí)的物體表面平均紅外輻射溫度,并且本文提出相關(guān)系數(shù)作為參照區(qū)域選擇的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文分析了不同階段采場(chǎng)巷道紅外輻射熱像圖的變化特征,及采場(chǎng)巷道開挖影響范圍內(nèi)平均紅外輻射溫度的變化特征,主要研究成果如下:(1)通過分析不同階段采場(chǎng)巷道紅外輻射熱像圖的變化特征,可以明顯看出監(jiān)測(cè)區(qū)域內(nèi)采場(chǎng)巷道周圍的溫度異常區(qū),及溫度異常區(qū)紅外輻射溫度變化規(guī)律和溫度異常區(qū)的范圍。(2)所有采場(chǎng)巷道開挖之前,經(jīng)參照區(qū)域去噪法去噪,平均紅外輻射溫度波動(dòng)較小,平均紅外輻射溫度變化曲線基本穩(wěn)定,振幅在0.10℃范圍之內(nèi)。(3)不同階段采場(chǎng)巷道開挖后影響范圍內(nèi)平均紅外輻射溫度的變化,有升有降,無(wú)規(guī)律可循。但是受開挖擾動(dòng)的影響,四個(gè)階段采場(chǎng)巷道開挖影響范圍內(nèi)平均紅外輻射溫度均出現(xiàn)較大的波動(dòng),最大波動(dòng)值為0.26℃。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the variation law of infrared radiation temperature in short wall face mining process is studied by similar simulation of Wangervili filling coal mining method. In this paper, the stress and strain law of surrounding rock of roadway in Wanggeveli filling method is simulated by using FLAC3D software, and the abnormal region of infrared radiation temperature change is found in infrared radiation thermal image. Quantitative analysis of the average infrared radiation temperature in the abnormal region of infrared radiation temperature variation is carried out. The experimental results are of certain guiding significance to the control of mine pressure in Wanggeveli filling coal mining method. In the infrared radiation temperature experiment, the external interference factors have a great influence on the experimental results, and due to the irreversibility, complexity and randomness of the external interference factors, it is not feasible to calculate the infrared radiation through the theory. In this paper, the reference region denoising method is proposed, which is based on the principle that the average infrared radiation temperature on the surface of the object is relatively small under the condition that the internal factors are basically stable. By referring to the regional average infrared radiation temperature curve, the infrared radiation of all external influence factors is removed, and the real average infrared radiation temperature on the surface of the object is obtained. And this paper puts forward the correlation coefficient as the evaluation criterion of reference region selection. In this paper, the variation characteristics of infrared radiation image of roadway in different stages and the variation characteristics of average infrared radiation temperature in the influence area of roadway excavation in stope are analyzed. The main research results are as follows: (1) by analyzing the variation characteristics of infrared radiation image of stope roadway at different stages, we can clearly see the temperature anomaly area around the roadway in the monitoring area. Before excavation of roadways in all stope, the average infrared radiation temperature fluctuates little before excavation by reference area de-noising method. The average infrared radiation temperature variation curve is basically stable, and the amplitude is within 0.10 鈩,
