【摘要】：為了減少煤礦安全事故的發(fā)生,從"縱向過程觀"角度,引入礦工安全注意力控制空間、安全信息分配空間和安全行為結(jié)果空間,建立礦工安全注意力衰減影響因素模型。首先,基于文獻(xiàn)研究,建立礦工安全注意力衰減影響因素體系,一共包含12個(gè)指標(biāo);其次,利用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型(ISM)構(gòu)建礦工安全注意力衰減的3級遞階有向圖;最后,采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法(ANP)構(gòu)建礦工安全注意力衰減影響因素的權(quán)重模型,并借助Super Decision(SD)軟件求解。結(jié)果表明:安全自制力、行為習(xí)慣、工作負(fù)荷、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對力以及安全信息刺激頻率為表層直接影響因素;安全認(rèn)知、工作要求、作業(yè)環(huán)境特征、安全信息變化多樣性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知力為中層間接影響因素;管理方式和安全信息刺激強(qiáng)度為深層根本影響因素。主要影響因素有:安全認(rèn)知、安全自制力、行為習(xí)慣、管理方式、安全信息刺激頻率以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知力。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents, the safety attention control space, safety information allocation space and safety behavior result space are introduced from the perspective of "longitudinal process view", and the model of influencing factors of miners' safety attention attenuation is established. First of all, based on the literature research, a system of influencing factors of miner's safety attention attenuation is established, which includes 12 indexes. Secondly, the three-level hierarchical digraph of miner's safety attention attenuation is constructed by using the explanatory structure model (ISM). Finally, The weight model of the influencing factors of miner safety attention attenuation was constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) of the network, and solved by Super decision Super software. The results showed that safety self-control, behavior habit, workload, risk coping ability and frequency of safety information stimulation were the direct factors affecting the surface layer, safety cognition, work requirement, working environment characteristics, and so on. The variety of security information and risk perception are the indirect influencing factors, and the management style and the intensity of security information stimulation are the underlying factors. The main influencing factors are: safety cognition, safety self-control, behavior habit, management style, safety information stimulation frequency and risk perception.
