【摘要】：交通領(lǐng)域針對滾石防護已開展大量研究工作,但對于礦山而言,因其工程擾動頻繁、巖石破碎等特點,滾石防護專項研究甚少,常采用安全平臺和清掃平臺設(shè)計防治滾石。然而,隨著開采深度和規(guī)模增加,上述方法已無法有效阻擋擴幫擾動產(chǎn)生的大量滾石,滾石傷人和損壞設(shè)備事故頻發(fā)。針對上述問題,以南芬露天鐵礦采場下盤邊坡滾石防護為例,首先,基于正交試驗原理,利用Rocfall程序分別對"安全平臺滾石防護措施"進行3指標4因素數(shù)值模擬正交試驗,對"安全平臺上設(shè)計V形槽滾石防護措施"進行3指標5因素數(shù)值模擬正交試驗;然后,對試驗結(jié)果進行極差分析,揭示2種措施各個因素對滾石運動特征的影響規(guī)律;最后,確定2種方法的最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合,并在南芬露天鐵礦選擇實驗區(qū),進行現(xiàn)場對比試驗。試驗結(jié)果證明V形槽結(jié)構(gòu)能夠有效防護滾石,可為露天礦山高陡邊坡滾石防護提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:A great deal of research work has been carried out in the field of transportation for the protection of rolling stones, but for mines, because of the characteristics of frequent disturbance and rock breakage, the special research on the protection of rolling stones is very few, and the safety platform and cleaning platform are often used to design and prevent the rolling stones. However, with the increase of mining depth and scale, the above methods can no longer effectively prevent a large number of rolling stones, which are caused by the disturbance of the expanded side, which cause frequent accidents of injury and damage to equipment. In order to solve the above problems, taking the protection of rock rolling in the downboard slope of Nanfen opencast iron mine as an example, firstly, based on the principle of orthogonal test and using Rocfall program to carry out three indexes and four factors numerical simulation orthogonal test of "measures for the protection of rolling stones on safety platform". The orthogonal experiment of 3 indexes and 5 factors numerical simulation is carried out on the "measures for protecting Rolling Stone with V Groove designed on the Safety platform". Then, the range analysis of the test results is carried out to reveal the influence of each factor of the two measures on the rolling stone movement characteristics. Finally, The optimal parameter combination of the two methods was determined and the field comparative test was carried out in Nanfen opencast iron mine. The test results show that the V-shaped groove structure can effectively protect the rolling stone and can be used for reference for the protection of the rolling stone in the high and steep slope of open pit mine.
