基于DSP的電牽引采煤機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目前廣泛應(yīng)用的以PLC為核心的采煤機(jī)控制系統(tǒng),在大量數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)算處理和實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜控制算法方面自主性和靈活性不足。研究基于DSP的電牽引采煤機(jī)電控系統(tǒng),借助DSP高速度、高精度的運(yùn)算能力以及豐富的片內(nèi)資源,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)一系列高級(jí)的控制算法,對(duì)發(fā)展采煤機(jī)系統(tǒng)故障的在線監(jiān)測(cè)、智能控制以及煤巖界面識(shí)別等技術(shù)具有重要意義。對(duì)電牽引采煤機(jī)控制需求,以及適應(yīng)不同地質(zhì)環(huán)境和遠(yuǎn)程控制的自動(dòng)化、智能化技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入研究,提出基于DSP的電牽引采煤機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)的解決方案。該方案是以DSP為主控模塊,借助DSP豐富外設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)外部IO、模擬量采集以及與外設(shè)通信功能,完成電牽引采煤機(jī)基本動(dòng)作控制和狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)信息顯示功能。另外通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程控制模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電牽引采煤機(jī)的遠(yuǎn)程控制。論文設(shè)計(jì)了DSP控制器數(shù)字量接口模塊,完成了電牽引采煤機(jī)控制部分外部接口設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步完成了變頻器控制方式設(shè)計(jì)和軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)方法設(shè)計(jì),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)電牽引采煤機(jī)的基本控制功能;對(duì)電牽引采煤機(jī)工作過(guò)程中的狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),并對(duì)ADC模塊進(jìn)行誤差修正提高了監(jiān)測(cè)信號(hào)的精度,保證采煤機(jī)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,然后解決了DSP控制器與觸摸屏的通信問(wèn)題,將電牽引采煤機(jī)的狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)顯示到觸摸屏中;設(shè)計(jì)了CAN通信接口,利用CAN總線高速和傳輸距離長(zhǎng)的特點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了遠(yuǎn)程控制計(jì)算機(jī)與以DSP為核心的電牽引采煤機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)的通信。通過(guò)電牽引采煤機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)驗(yàn)證,本系統(tǒng)能夠完成電牽引采煤機(jī)的監(jiān)測(cè)、控制功能,觸摸屏實(shí)時(shí)顯示采煤機(jī)狀態(tài)信息,此外遠(yuǎn)程控制計(jì)算機(jī)不僅能夠?qū)崟r(shí)讀取采煤機(jī)狀態(tài)信息,而且可以準(zhǔn)確控制采煤機(jī)執(zhí)行相應(yīng)動(dòng)作。
[Abstract]:At present, the coal mining machine control system, which is widely used with PLC as the core, is lack of autonomy and flexibility in the real-time processing of a lot of data and the realization of complex control algorithm. This paper studies the electric control system of electric traction shearer based on DSP. With the help of DSP's high speed, high precision calculation ability and abundant in-chip resources, a series of advanced control algorithms can be realized to monitor the fault of shearer system on line. Intelligent control and coal-rock interface recognition are of great significance. The control requirements of electric haulage shearer and the automation and intelligent technology of adapting to different geological environment and remote control are deeply studied. The solution of electric control system of electric traction shearer based on DSP is put forward. This scheme takes DSP as the main control module, realizes the external IOs with the help of the rich peripheral equipment of DSP, collects the analog quantity and communicates with the peripheral equipment, accomplishes the basic action control and the state monitoring information display function of the electric traction shearer. In addition, the remote control of electric traction shearer is realized by remote control module. The paper designs the DSP controller digital interface module, completes the external interface design of the electric traction shearer control part, further completes the frequency converter control mode design and the software realization method design. Finally, the basic control function of electric traction shearer is realized, the state data in the working process of electric traction shearer is monitored in real time, and the error correction of ADC module improves the accuracy of monitoring signal and ensures the safe and stable operation of shearer. Then the communication between the DSP controller and the touch screen is solved, the state data of the electric traction shearer is displayed to the touch screen in real time, and the CAN communication interface is designed, which makes use of the characteristics of high speed and long transmission distance of the CAN bus. The communication between remote control computer and electric control system of electric traction shearer based on DSP is realized. The electric control system of electric traction shearer is verified by the experimental platform. The system can realize the monitoring and control function of electric traction shearer, and the touch screen can display the state information of shearer in real time. In addition, the remote control computer can not only read the state information of shearer in real time, but also accurately control the shearer to perform the corresponding action.
