【摘要】：本文以湖西礦井深部回采巷道沿空掘巷為研究背景,采用理論分析及數(shù)值模擬等綜合研究方法,對深部沿空掘巷圍巖變形破壞特征及控制對策進行了系統(tǒng)的研究。論文首先對深部沿空掘巷圍巖變形破壞特征進行分析,運用FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬軟件,建立數(shù)值計算模型,研究了深部沿空掘巷的圍巖變形破壞特征;針對上覆巖層的破斷特征,以弧形三角塊結(jié)構(gòu)力學模型為基礎(chǔ),對深部沿空掘巷的圍巖變形破壞機理進行了分析;在此基礎(chǔ)上對不同尺寸煤柱穩(wěn)定性進行了對比分析,確定了深部沿空掘巷合理的煤柱尺寸;依據(jù)沿空掘巷受相鄰工作面?zhèn)认蛑С袎毫�、掘進擾動及本工作面回采影響階段的圍巖變形破壞特征,對深部沿空掘巷的圍巖控制對策進行了系統(tǒng)的研究,提出了有針對性的圍巖控制對策,并選取了支護方案,對支護效果進行了驗證,為現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用留窄煤柱沿空掘巷提供了可借鑒的方法和依據(jù)。本文研究結(jié)果不僅對完善深部回采巷道圍巖控制理論具有重要的理論意義和實際工程價值,同時在一定程度上也為相似條件下沿空巷道煤柱的留設(shè)及圍巖控制提供一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Based on the research background of deep mining roadway along goaf in Huxi mine, the deformation and failure characteristics and control measures of surrounding rock of deep goaf roadway are studied systematically by using comprehensive research methods such as theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. In this paper, the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock in deep goaf roadway are analyzed firstly, and the numerical calculation model is established by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, and the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock in deep goaf roadway are studied, and the fracture characteristics of overlying rock stratum are analyzed. Based on the structural mechanics model of arc triangle block, the deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock in deep goaf driving roadway is analyzed, and the stability of coal pillar with different sizes is compared and analyzed. The reasonable coal pillar size of deep goaf driving roadway is determined, according to the characteristics of surrounding rock deformation and failure in adjacent face lateral bearing pressure, tunneling disturbance and the influence stage of mining in this working face, the coal pillar size of deep gob driving roadway is determined. The control countermeasures of surrounding rock in deep goaf roadway are studied systematically, and the corresponding control countermeasures are put forward, and the supporting scheme is selected, and the supporting effect is verified. The method and basis for the application of narrow coal pillar along the gob roadway are provided. The results of this paper not only have important theoretical significance and practical engineering value for perfecting the control theory of surrounding rock in deep mining roadway. At the same time, to some extent, it also provides a certain reference value for retaining coal pillar and controlling surrounding rock in goaf roadway under similar conditions.
