【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放30多年來(lái),中國(guó)錫礦市場(chǎng)從無(wú)到有、從小到大、從總量快速擴(kuò)張到結(jié)構(gòu)明顯升級(jí),逐步形成了有中國(guó)特色的多樣化、多層次的消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)。近年來(lái),出于環(huán)保要求,很多國(guó)家開(kāi)始在電子產(chǎn)品中實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)鉛化,而用錫代替,使錫的消費(fèi)范圍不斷擴(kuò)大,帶動(dòng)了對(duì)錫需求的強(qiáng)勁增長(zhǎng)。博陽(yáng)錫業(yè)公司新建沙嶺錫礦項(xiàng)目適應(yīng)了新的形勢(shì),在加強(qiáng)保護(hù)我國(guó)優(yōu)勢(shì)礦產(chǎn)的同時(shí),既避免了亂采濫挖,又提高了錫資源的合理開(kāi)發(fā)和綜合利用水平。本文在分析該項(xiàng)目方案的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)該項(xiàng)目實(shí)際資料,運(yùn)用可行性研究的相關(guān)理論和方法,從動(dòng)態(tài)指標(biāo)和靜態(tài)指標(biāo)兩個(gè)方面,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果表明該項(xiàng)目具有較好盈利能力和抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力的結(jié)論。同時(shí),利用盈虧平衡分析和敏感性分析的方法,進(jìn)行了分析表明該項(xiàng)目可行,但會(huì)面臨一定程度的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)分析認(rèn)為,該項(xiàng)目具有投資意義,同時(shí)具有一定的抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, China's tin mining market has grown from nothing to existence, from small to large, from the rapid expansion of the total amount to the obvious upgrading of the structure, and has gradually formed a diversified, multi-level consumer market with Chinese characteristics. In recent years, due to environmental protection requirements, many countries began to realize lead-free in electronic products. Instead of tin, the consumption range of tin has been continuously expanded, which has led to the strong growth of demand for tin. The new project of Shaling Tin Mine in Boyang Tin Industry Company adapts to the new situation. While strengthening the protection of China's superior minerals, it not only avoids indiscriminate mining and overdigging, but also improves the level of rational exploitation and comprehensive utilization of tin resources. Based on the analysis of the project scheme and the actual data of the project, this paper makes a financial evaluation of the project from two aspects: dynamic index and static index, using the relevant theory and method of feasibility study. The results show that the project has good profitability and risk resistance. At the same time, using the methods of break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis, the analysis shows that the project is feasible, but it will face some risks. Through the economic analysis of the project, it is concluded that the project has the investment significance and the ability to resist risks.
