【摘要】：為評(píng)估煤礦的安全行為水平,在分析組織行為的特征要素及個(gè)體不安全行為的影響因素的研究基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建煤礦安全行為評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。應(yīng)用集對(duì)分析理論提出安全行為綜合評(píng)估方法,根據(jù)成熟度模型設(shè)定評(píng)估等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),用置信度準(zhǔn)則來(lái)判定綜合評(píng)估等級(jí)。在煤礦中進(jìn)行實(shí)證應(yīng)用的結(jié)果表明,評(píng)估得到煤礦安全行為綜合水平處于規(guī)范級(jí),與煤礦的自我評(píng)估和煤礦企業(yè)長(zhǎng)效安全評(píng)價(jià)體系研究等實(shí)際情況相符合。因此,基于集對(duì)分析的安全行為評(píng)估方法能夠幫助煤礦了解自身安全管理狀況,做出針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the level of safety behavior in coal mine, the evaluation index system of coal mine safety behavior is constructed on the basis of analyzing the characteristic elements of organization behavior and the influencing factors of individual unsafe behavior. Based on the theory of set pair analysis, a comprehensive assessment method for safety behavior is proposed. The evaluation grade standard is set up according to the maturity model, and the comprehensive evaluation level is determined by the confidence degree criterion. The results of empirical application in coal mine show that the comprehensive level of coal mine safety behavior is in the standard level, which is in accordance with the actual situation of coal mine self-evaluation and the study of long-term safety evaluation system of coal mine enterprises. Therefore, the safety behavior evaluation method based on set pair analysis can help coal mine to understand its own safety management situation and make targeted improvement.
