采煤機性能自動檢測儀的研發(fā)

【摘要】:采煤機是機械化和現(xiàn)代化煤礦生產(chǎn)工作面的主要設(shè)備之一,承擔(dān)著落煤和裝煤作用。為了保證采煤機高效安全的運行,在研制、生產(chǎn)中需要對其進行型式檢驗、出廠檢驗;使用過程中在進行大修之后,需要對其主要性能進行檢測。研制一套用于采煤機主要性能參數(shù)檢測和評價的檢測儀,對保障采煤機安全可靠運行具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文針對采煤機主要故障形式和故障部位,依據(jù)滾筒采煤機大修規(guī)范中關(guān)于采煤機各種試驗要求,確定了電動機電壓、電流和溫度,滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速,采煤機空運轉(zhuǎn)噪聲,截割部軸承溫度、振動,牽引部軸承溫度、振動,油池溫度為采煤機自動檢測儀需要檢測的主要參數(shù),并根據(jù)采煤機試驗規(guī)范確定各類參數(shù)測試方法。論文結(jié)合虛擬儀器技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)、信號分析與處理技術(shù)、計算機技術(shù),研制了基于PXI總線的采煤機性能自動檢測儀。論文構(gòu)建了由傳感器、調(diào)理電路、數(shù)據(jù)采集裝置和顯示器等組成的檢測儀硬件系統(tǒng),采用圖形化編程語言LabVIEW2011為平臺,設(shè)計開發(fā)了檢測儀軟件系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了采煤機大修或各種試驗時對主要參數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)采集、分析處理、存儲、結(jié)果顯示、歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢等功能。論文搭建了采煤機性能自動檢測儀實驗平臺,對自動檢測儀進行了靜態(tài)特性分析,對檢測儀的用戶登錄、參數(shù)輸入、噪聲檢測、轉(zhuǎn)速檢測、電動機檢測、溫度檢測、振動檢測、用戶管理、幫助和退出各模塊的主要功能進行了驗證。實驗結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)具有較好的靜態(tài)特性,總體運行良好,各個檢測模塊可以實現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的功能要求,儀器滿足采煤機檢測要求。
[Abstract]:The shearer is one of the main equipments of mechanized and modern coal mining face, which takes the role of falling coal and loading coal. In order to ensure the high efficiency and safety operation of the shearer, it is necessary to carry out type inspection and factory inspection in the development and production of the shearer, and the main performance of the shearer needs to be tested after the overhaul in the process of use. It is of great practical significance to develop a set of testing instruments for the detection and evaluation of main performance parameters of shearer, which is of great practical significance for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of shearer. According to the main fault form and fault location of shearer, according to various test requirements of shearer in the overhaul specification of drum shearer, the voltage, current and temperature of motor, rotating speed of drum, noise of empty operation of shearer are determined in this paper. Bearing temperature, vibration, oil pool temperature of cutting part are the main parameters to be detected by automatic detector of shearer, and all kinds of parameter testing methods are determined according to shearer test standard. Combining with virtual instrument technology, sensor technology, signal analysis and processing technology and computer technology, an automatic measuring instrument for shearer performance based on PXI bus is developed in this paper. The hardware system of the instrument is constructed, which is composed of sensor, conditioning circuit, data acquisition device and display. The software system of the instrument is designed and developed on the platform of graphic programming language LabVIEW2011. The functions of data acquisition, analysis, processing, storage, result display, historical data query and so on are realized during overhaul or various tests of shearer. In this paper, the experimental platform of automatic performance detector of shearer is built, and the static characteristic of automatic detector is analyzed. The user login, parameter input, noise detection, speed detection, motor detection, temperature detection and vibration detection are analyzed. The main functions of user management, help and exit modules are verified. The experimental results show that the system has good static characteristics, the overall operation is good, each detection module can achieve the corresponding functional requirements, the instrument can meet the requirements of the shearer detection.
