超欠挖狀態(tài)下支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)特性研究

【摘要】:在傳統(tǒng)的噴射混凝土支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中,通常假設(shè)支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)層是一個(gè)薄壁等厚層。鉆爆法開(kāi)挖的隧道圍巖表面由于受爆破的影響存在不同程度的超欠挖,導(dǎo)致初期支護(hù)噴射混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)層厚度不均勻。充分考慮超欠挖情況下隧道圍巖表面的不平整性,根據(jù)噴射混凝土支護(hù)厚度將支護(hù)后的隧道表面不規(guī)則形狀依據(jù)實(shí)際噴層情況歸結(jié)為未完全填充、局部填充和完全填充三類(lèi);趶椥粤W(xué)厚壁圓筒理論,建立了單一噴射混凝土支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)和噴射混凝土+鋼格柵聯(lián)合支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的等效剛度與最大支護(hù)力的理論公式;谏鲜鲈,結(jié)合收斂-約束法對(duì)某隧道開(kāi)挖工程的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了分析,得到了隧道支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的安全系數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,所提出的方法對(duì)超欠挖隧道的穩(wěn)定性分析具有較好的適用性,驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In the traditional design of shotcrete support structure, it is usually assumed that the support structure layer is a thin wall and equal thickness layer. Due to the influence of blasting on the surrounding rock surface of the tunnel excavated by drilling and blasting method, there are some degrees of overdigging, which leads to the uneven thickness of the initial support shotcrete structure layer. According to the thickness of shotcrete support, the irregular shape of tunnel surface after support is classified into three types: incomplete filling, local filling and complete filling according to the actual spray layer. Based on the theory of thick wall cylinder in elastic mechanics, the equivalent stiffness and maximum support force of single shotcrete support structure and shotcrete steel grille combined support structure are established. Based on the above principle, the stability of a tunnel excavation project is analyzed by combining the convergence-constraint method, and the safety factor of the tunnel supporting structure is obtained. The results show that the proposed method is applicable to the stability analysis of over-underexcavated tunnels, and the feasibility of the method is verified.
