寧東礦區(qū)變厚直接頂煤巷支護(hù)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:不同厚度直接頂煤巖巷道穩(wěn)定性控制依然是制約煤礦安全高效開(kāi)采的共性理論與技術(shù)難題。本研究以寧東礦區(qū)雙馬煤礦變厚直接頂煤巷穩(wěn)定性控制為目標(biāo),采用調(diào)查類比、理論分析、數(shù)值計(jì)算、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)與應(yīng)用實(shí)踐等方法,開(kāi)展了不同厚度直接頂條件下煤巷支護(hù)技術(shù)研究。通過(guò)較為系統(tǒng)的調(diào)研調(diào)查分析,梳理了不同厚度下的直接頂變形破壞特征及其穩(wěn)定性影響因素,探討了在薄層直接頂、厚層整層直接頂和厚層復(fù)合頂板條件下,煤巷錨桿(索)支護(hù)作用原理。通過(guò)三維有限差分?jǐn)?shù)值計(jì)算軟件(FLAC),結(jié)合雙馬煤礦邊界泄水巷地質(zhì)賦存和開(kāi)采條件,計(jì)算并揭示了不同厚度直接頂條件下的煤巷圍巖應(yīng)力和變形分布與發(fā)展特征規(guī)律,對(duì)比分析了不同支護(hù)形式下的煤巷圍巖支護(hù)效果,提出了變厚直接頂煤巷圍巖支護(hù)方法,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用過(guò)程中采用多種手段進(jìn)行礦壓觀測(cè)與評(píng)價(jià),實(shí)現(xiàn)了煤巷穩(wěn)定性控制,為雙馬煤礦煤巷穩(wěn)定性控制提供了理論依據(jù)。本研究為對(duì)寧東礦區(qū)類似復(fù)雜條件巷道穩(wěn)定性控制提供了技術(shù)與工程借鑒,也為今后錨桿(索)支護(hù)技術(shù)在寧東礦區(qū)深部開(kāi)采中應(yīng)用提供了值得參考的方法。
[Abstract]:The stability control of direct top coal roadway with different thickness is still a common theoretical and technical problem restricting the safe and efficient mining of coal mines. The aim of this study is to control the stability of direct roof roadway with thickening in Shuangma Coal Mine of Ningdong Coal Mine. The methods of investigation analogy, theoretical analysis, numerical calculation, field monitoring and practical application are adopted in this study. The supporting technology of coal roadway under the condition of different thickness direct roof is studied. Through systematic investigation and analysis, the deformation and failure characteristics of direct roof and the influencing factors of its stability under different thickness are combed out, and the direct roof of thin layer, the whole layer of thick layer and the composite roof of thick layer are discussed under the condition of the direct top of thin layer, the direct roof of thick layer and the composite roof of thick layer. Action principle of bolting (cable) support in coal roadway. By means of 3D finite difference numerical calculation software FLACU, combined with geological occurrence and mining conditions of boundary drainage roadway in Shuangma Coal Mine, the distribution and development characteristics of surrounding rock stress and deformation of coal roadway under direct roof condition with different thickness are calculated and revealed. The supporting effect of surrounding rock of coal roadway under different supporting forms is compared and the supporting method of surrounding rock of direct roof roadway with varying thickness is put forward. In the process of field application, various methods are used to observe and evaluate the mine pressure, which realizes the stability control of coal roadway, and provides a theoretical basis for the stability control of coal roadway in Shuangma coal mine. This study provides a reference for the stability control of roadways under similar complex conditions in Ningdong mining area and for the application of bolting (cable) support technology in the deep mining of Ningdong mining area in the future.
