高應(yīng)變率下灰砂比對(duì)全尾膠結(jié)充填體力學(xué)性能影響

【摘要】:為研究采礦擾動(dòng)下灰砂比對(duì)全尾膠結(jié)充填體力學(xué)響應(yīng),預(yù)制了三組不同灰砂比的全尾砂膠結(jié)充填體試件,利用ф50 mm SHPB試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),對(duì)預(yù)制試件進(jìn)行單軸沖擊試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明:全尾砂膠結(jié)充填體對(duì)彈性波傳播有較強(qiáng)的反射和阻尼作用;在較高應(yīng)變率下,試件強(qiáng)度則表現(xiàn)出快速軟化;軟化試件在18μs左右即達(dá)到峰值應(yīng)力;試件動(dòng)態(tài)抗壓強(qiáng)度等參數(shù)變比均隨應(yīng)變率的增加而增大.灰砂比越高,試件的極限動(dòng)態(tài)抗壓強(qiáng)度等參數(shù)越大;在相同應(yīng)變率下,試件的動(dòng)態(tài)抗壓強(qiáng)度等參數(shù)的增加反而降低.試件的破壞形式為壓碎破壞,在相同應(yīng)變率作用下,水泥含量越少,試件的破壞程度越高.
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanical response of the full tailor cemented filling body under the mining disturbance, three groups of full tailings cemented fill specimens with different sand sand ratios were prefabricated. The single axis impact test was carried out by the 50 mm SHPB test system. The results show that the full tailings cemented filling has a strong reflection and damping effect on the propagation of elastic waves. At a high strain rate, the strength of the specimen shows rapid softening, the softening specimen reaches the peak stress at about 18 s, and the dynamic compressive strength of the specimen increases with the increase of the strain rate. The higher the sand sand ratio is, the greater the ultimate dynamic compressive strength of the specimen is, the dynamic compressive strength of the specimen under the same strain rate, and so on. The failure mode of specimens is crushing failure. The less the cement content is, the more destructive the specimen is under the same strain rate.
