【摘要】:本文以冀中能源峰峰集團(tuán)梧桐莊礦182208外工作面為工程研究背景,在考慮到現(xiàn)階段梧桐礦工作面儲(chǔ)煤量比較小,工作面搬家相對(duì)比較頻繁且工作面的接替比較緊張,煤炭回采率不高等一系列問題,本文認(rèn)為梧桐莊礦182208外工作面應(yīng)采用無煤柱沿空留巷的開采方法,采用無煤柱沿空留巷的方案將能大大解決煤礦回采率低、噸煤成本高、工作面接替緊張、通風(fēng)困難等問題。目前我國的沿空留巷技術(shù)已相對(duì)比較成熟,巷旁支護(hù)材料多種多樣,通過綜合煤礦實(shí)際情況及巷旁支護(hù)材料等方面的因素,本文自行提出了一種巷旁支護(hù)材料即可縮自適應(yīng)墩柱。目前,沿空留巷巷旁支護(hù)體需在工作面后方進(jìn)行構(gòu)筑(如木垛、矸石袋、密集支柱、混凝土塊和高水材料等),安全程度低、工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大、且影響工作面的推進(jìn)速度。因此,研究開發(fā)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、施工安全、對(duì)工作面生產(chǎn)影響小、工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低、可回收的巷旁支護(hù)體是推進(jìn)該技術(shù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。本文提出的可縮自適應(yīng)墩柱即能解決目前面臨的問題,然而可縮自適應(yīng)墩柱能否發(fā)揮其支護(hù)作用的關(guān)鍵為充填墩柱石料的選取,本文通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室物理試驗(yàn)研究與數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的研究方法對(duì)墩柱內(nèi)填充石料的級(jí)配的選取提供了充足的理論依據(jù)。課題以墩柱內(nèi)充填石料級(jí)配的選取為研究,通過對(duì)墩柱內(nèi)不同級(jí)配情況下充填料的支撐力、壓縮量及墩柱壁的微變形量進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析得到了適合的石料級(jí)配比例。合適的石料級(jí)配的選取既能提供足夠支撐力來支護(hù)頂板又能滿足其具備一定的可縮量來適應(yīng)頂板下沉。結(jié)果證明了合適級(jí)配石料的選取既保證了沿空留巷的成功,也解決了煤礦開采及支護(hù)成本高的問題,為沿空留巷支護(hù)材料新方向提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:In this paper, with the background of engineering research on the 182208 outer face of Wutongzhuang Coal Mine of Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group, considering the relatively small amount of coal storage in the working face of Wutong Coal Mine at the present stage, the moving face is relatively frequent and the replacement of the working face is relatively tight. A series of problems such as low coal recovery rate are considered in this paper. It is believed that the mining method of no coal pillar along goaf retaining roadway should be adopted in 182208 outer face of Wutongzhuang Coal Mine, and the scheme of no coal pillar side goaf retaining roadway will solve the problem of low recovery rate and high ton coal cost. The face replaces the tension, the ventilation difficulty and so on question. At present, the technology of gob-side retaining in our country has been relatively mature, and there are a variety of supporting materials beside the roadway. Through synthesizing the actual situation of coal mine and the factors of roadway side support material, In this paper, a self-adaptive support material for roadway-side support is proposed. At present, the side support of roadway along goaf needs to be constructed behind the working face (such as wood pile, gangue bag, dense prop, concrete block and high water material, etc.), the safety degree is low, the worker's labor intensity is high, and the speed of working face is affected. Therefore, the research and development of simple structure, safe construction, small impact on the working face production, low labor intensity of workers, recoverable side support is the key to promote the development of the technology. The retractable adaptive pier column proposed in this paper can solve the current problems. However, the key to whether the self-adaptive pier pillar can play its supporting role is the selection of filling pillar stone. This paper provides sufficient theoretical basis for the selection of gradation of filled stone in piers by the combination of laboratory physical test and numerical simulation. In this paper, the selection of gradation of filling stone in pier column is studied, and the suitable proportion of stone gradation is obtained by comparing and analyzing the supporting force, compression quantity and micro-deformation of pier wall under the condition of different gradation in pier column. The proper selection of stone gradation can not only provide enough supporting force to support the roof, but also satisfy the certain amount of shrinkage to adapt to the roof subsidence. The results show that the selection of appropriate gradation stone not only ensures the success of gob retaining roadway, but also solves the problem of high mining and supporting cost in coal mine, and provides a reference for the new direction of supporting material along gob roadway.
