雜醇油制備煤泥浮選復(fù)合藥劑的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:基于雜醇油的性質(zhì)特點(diǎn),以雜醇油、0~#柴油為主要原料制備BM煤泥浮選復(fù)合藥劑。通過正交試驗(yàn)確定藥劑最佳制備條件為:0~#柴油與雜醇油質(zhì)量配比為5∶1,乳化劑司班-80用量為雜醇油質(zhì)量的5%,反應(yīng)溫度為60℃,時(shí)間為90 min。并用該BM復(fù)合藥劑與常規(guī)浮選藥劑做浮選對(duì)比試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明BM復(fù)合藥劑最優(yōu)用量為2.0 kg/t時(shí),精煤產(chǎn)率比0~#柴油用量2.0 kg/t時(shí)高0.41%,可燃體回收率高0.83%,浮選完善指標(biāo)高1.31%。潤(rùn)濕熱測(cè)定表明BM復(fù)合藥劑與煤樣作用較強(qiáng),能夠穩(wěn)固吸附在煤粒表面。紅外吸收光譜分析知BM復(fù)合藥劑在煤粒表面有機(jī)硫處以-S-S-形式吸附,BM復(fù)合藥劑與煤粒的含氧官能團(tuán)的極性基處吸附為化學(xué)吸附,復(fù)合藥劑與煤粒表面能夠形成氫鍵,有利于煤粒疏水性提高。
