【摘要】:帶式輸送機(jī)是連續(xù)輸送機(jī)的一種,是露天礦和地下礦的聯(lián)合運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)中的重要組成部分。作為煤礦機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)人員,選型工作量大。開發(fā)一個(gè)軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助礦用帶式輸送機(jī)計(jì)算選型,對(duì)于煤礦機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)自動(dòng)化、為設(shè)計(jì)者提供設(shè)計(jì)參考性、提高設(shè)計(jì)選型工作效率具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。根據(jù)《DTII(A)型帶式輸送機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)_11134092》文件要求對(duì)皮帶輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)化分解,采用Visual Basic作為一個(gè)高級(jí)可視化語(yǔ)言應(yīng)用于選型軟件中,Microsoft Office Access為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),使用SQL語(yǔ)言,實(shí)現(xiàn)了DTII(A)型帶式輸送機(jī)的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助計(jì)算選型功能。論文重點(diǎn)通過(guò)對(duì)DTII(A)型皮帶輸送機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)力學(xué)原理分析,結(jié)合生產(chǎn)一線實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)方法,找出了理論要求與實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算的不同之處,緊密跟進(jìn)實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)需求,使軟件的實(shí)際應(yīng)用性增強(qiáng)。采用王家?guī)X原煤倉(cāng)至原煤出煤廠實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行了帶式輸送機(jī)計(jì)算選型實(shí)例實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證得出數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果與現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際相吻合,證實(shí)軟件具有實(shí)用性和實(shí)踐使用價(jià)值。同時(shí)為今后使用軟件編程解決煤礦機(jī)械產(chǎn)品計(jì)算選型問(wèn)題提供了思路與參考。
[Abstract]:Belt conveyor is one of the continuous conveyors, which is an important part of the combined transportation system of opencast mine and underground mine. As a coal mine machinery designer, type selection work is large. The development of a software to realize the computer aided calculation and selection of belt conveyor is of practical significance for the automation of the design of coal mine machinery, the design reference for the designers and the improvement of the efficiency of the design selection. According to the document requirement of design manual of belt conveyor of type DTIII-A, 11134092 >, the structural decomposition of belt conveyor is carried out. Visual Basic is used as a high-level visual language to apply Microsoft Office Access as database and SQL language is used in the selection software. The type selection function of DTIIA type belt conveyor is realized by computer aided calculation. By analyzing the principle of motion mechanics of DTIIA type belt conveyor and combining the practical design method of production line, the paper finds out the difference between the theoretical requirement and the actual design calculation, and closely follows up the actual design demand. The practical application of the software is enhanced. In this paper, the actual situation of Wangjialing raw coal bunker to raw coal extraction plant is used to carry out the calculation and selection experiment of belt conveyer, and the result is in agreement with the actual production, which proves that the software has practicability and practical value. At the same time, it provides a way of thinking and reference for solving the problem of calculation and selection of coal mine machinery products by using software programming in the future.
