陸相煤系泥巖微觀(guān)組構(gòu)及其力學(xué)特性關(guān)聯(lián)性研究

【摘要】:論文在閱讀國(guó)內(nèi)外大量的文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)采集到的泥質(zhì)軟巖開(kāi)展了礦物組成、元素分析、微觀(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)及原巖力學(xué)測(cè)試等試驗(yàn)研究,運(yùn)用Matlab圖像處理軟件對(duì)于所得微觀(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)圖像進(jìn)行圖像處理分析,研究其微觀(guān)組構(gòu)信息(元素含量和微觀(guān)結(jié)構(gòu))和常規(guī)原巖力學(xué)特性的關(guān)系,對(duì)微觀(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)信息進(jìn)行綜合量化評(píng)價(jià),并結(jié)合力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行多元線(xiàn)性回歸分析。本文取得的研究成果具體如下:第一,基于數(shù)字圖像處理的相關(guān)技術(shù)及方法,提出來(lái)煤系泥巖微觀(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)圖像處理步驟及方法,即利用Matlab軟件中圖像處理工具,通過(guò)編程對(duì)微觀(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)圖像進(jìn)行了處理,采用圖像裁剪對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,利用閾值分割和邊緣檢測(cè)對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行有效分割,最后完成對(duì)圖像中微觀(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)信息的提取。第二,借助力學(xué)強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)測(cè)定了陸相煤系泥巖抗壓、抗拉和抗剪強(qiáng)度,進(jìn)一步分析了微觀(guān)組構(gòu)與其力學(xué)特性的關(guān)系。第三,對(duì)陸相煤系泥巖的微觀(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)信息采用主成分分析法進(jìn)行綜合量化評(píng)價(jià),建立一個(gè)相對(duì)較為合理的參數(shù)來(lái)代替各單因素評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)對(duì)陸相煤系泥巖微觀(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行綜合量化評(píng)價(jià),并結(jié)合常規(guī)力學(xué)參數(shù)采用多元線(xiàn)性回歸分析法建立4者間合理的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系式。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reading a large number of literatures at home and abroad, the paper carried out the mineral composition, elemental analysis, microstructure and mechanical testing of the muddy soft rock. Matlab image processing software is used to process and analyze the microstructure images. The relationship between the microstructure information (element content and microstructure) and the mechanical properties of the conventional rock is studied, and the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the microstructure information is carried out. Combined with the mechanical properties, multivariate linear regression analysis is carried out. The research results obtained in this paper are as follows: first, based on the related techniques and methods of digital image processing, the steps and methods of image processing for microscopic structure of coal measures mudstone are proposed, that is, using image processing tools in Matlab software. The micro-structure image is processed by programming, the image is preprocessed by image clipping, and the image is segmented effectively by threshold segmentation and edge detection. Finally, the micro-structure information is extracted from the image. Secondly, the compressive, tensile and shear strength of continental coal series mudstone is measured by mechanical strength test, and the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties is further analyzed. Thirdly, the microstructural information of continental coal series mudstone is evaluated by principal component analysis (PCA). A relatively reasonable parameter is established to evaluate the microstructure of continental coal series mudstone in a comprehensive and quantitative way instead of each single factor evaluation index. Combined with the conventional mechanical parameters, the multivariate linear regression analysis method was used to establish a reasonable mathematical relationship between the four persons.
