LDHs復(fù)合阻化劑對(duì)煤阻化性能的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了降低神府煤的自燃危險(xiǎn)性,采用原位共沉淀法制備了鋅鎂鋁水滑石粉狀復(fù)合阻化劑,將其與神府礦區(qū)長(zhǎng)焰煤種按比例進(jìn)行機(jī)械混合制成阻化煤樣。利用熱重/差示掃描量熱儀-傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀聯(lián)用技術(shù)對(duì)阻化煤樣進(jìn)行分析表明,熱重(TG)曲線各特征溫度點(diǎn)比原煤總體上滯后,煤著火點(diǎn)提高,阻化劑混合量達(dá)到煤樣的20%時(shí),滯后現(xiàn)象明顯,放熱峰溫度從135℃升高到560℃,峰面積明顯降低,說(shuō)明鋅鎂鋁水滑石粉狀復(fù)合阻化劑多級(jí)吸熱抑制了煤氧化。傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FTIR)圖譜顯示,加入阻化劑煤樣CO釋放量明顯減少,因此鋅鎂鋁水滑石粉狀復(fù)合阻化劑對(duì)神府煤的阻化效果明顯。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the danger of spontaneous combustion of Shenfu coal, zinc, magnesium, aluminum and water talc powder were prepared by in-situ coprecipitation method. The thermogravimetric / differential scanning calorimeter combined with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to analyze the coal samples. The results showed that the characteristic temperature points of TG curve were lagged behind those of raw coal, and the ignition point of coal increased. When the mixture amount of inhibitor reaches 20% of coal sample, the hysteresis phenomenon is obvious, the exothermic peak temperature rises from 135 鈩,
