早強(qiáng)膠結(jié)充填體與礦巖相互作用機(jī)理分析

【摘要】:早強(qiáng)膠結(jié)充填體與礦巖的相互作用機(jī)理是提高充填效率與效果的關(guān)鍵。為了研究早強(qiáng)膠結(jié)充填體與礦巖的相互作用機(jī)理,選用石蠟為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用應(yīng)變計(jì)、電阻應(yīng)變片進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),進(jìn)行裂紋擴(kuò)展表征比較。建立數(shù)值模擬試驗(yàn)?zāi)P捅容^應(yīng)變值和安全系數(shù)分布。通過對(duì)未充填、單充填體、雙充填體、雙充填體非對(duì)稱分布、充填體蠕變失效等5種工況的比對(duì)研究,提出基于充填空區(qū)關(guān)鍵塊撞擊沖量的階段礦房上向水平分層錯(cuò)開嗣后充填采礦法。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:石蠟?zāi)軌蜃鳛槟z結(jié)充填體早期強(qiáng)度模擬材料;在礦房礦柱相鄰水平錯(cuò)開回采能夠有效減小應(yīng)力集中;在同等荷載作用下能夠減小充填空區(qū)側(cè)幫的塑性破壞區(qū)面積。充填體發(fā)生失效后導(dǎo)致早強(qiáng)膠結(jié)充填體與礦巖相互作用的力學(xué)變形特征發(fā)生突變。
[Abstract]:The interaction mechanism between early cemented filling body and ore rock is the key to improve filling efficiency and effect. In order to study the interaction mechanism between early strength cemented filling body and ore rock, paraffin wax was selected as the object of study, strain gauge and resistance strain gauge were used to monitor and compare the characterization of crack growth. A numerical simulation test model was established to compare the distribution of strain and safety factor. By comparing the unfilled, single, double-filled, unsymmetrical distribution and creep failure of the filling body, a comparative study was made on the five working conditions, such as: unfilled, single filling, double filling, creep failure, etc. Based on the impinging impulse of the key block in filling empty area, the method of staggered horizontal stratification and backfill mining in the stage of mine house is put forward. The test results show that paraffin can be used as early strength simulation material of cemented filling body, and staggered mining in the adjacent level of mine pillar can effectively reduce stress concentration. Under the same load, the plastic failure area of the side of filling empty area can be reduced. The failure of the filling body leads to a sudden change in the mechanical deformation characteristics of the interaction between the early cemented filling body and the ore rock.
