大安山礦沖擊地壓能量特征研究

【摘要】:大安山礦隸屬于北京昊華能源股份有限公司,井田內(nèi)地質(zhì)構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,井田構(gòu)造主要以褶曲構(gòu)造為主,斷層次之。大安山礦在開采過程中發(fā)生過3次沖擊地壓都位于向斜構(gòu)造軸部,向斜軸部存在著能量和應(yīng)力的積聚。并且隨著開采深度的增加,沖擊地壓的危害程度呈明顯上升趨勢,嚴(yán)重威脅礦井的安全生產(chǎn)。因此,對大安山礦沖擊地壓的能量特征進(jìn)行研究對礦井的安全生產(chǎn)有重要意義。論文以礦山壓力與巖層控制理論為基礎(chǔ),綜合運(yùn)用理論分析、實驗測試、數(shù)值計算等研究方法,分析了大安山礦沖擊地壓地質(zhì)動力條件、采動應(yīng)力變化及能量特征。對大安山礦地應(yīng)力測量結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,確定大安山礦處于水平構(gòu)造應(yīng)力場。從地質(zhì)動力條件的角度對大安山礦發(fā)生沖擊地壓的危險性進(jìn)行評估,確定了大安山礦具備沖擊地壓發(fā)生的地質(zhì)動力條件。利用FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬方法,對+550m軸10下槽東三工作面開采應(yīng)力變化及殘留煤柱對沖擊地壓的影響進(jìn)行了分析。確定了+550m軸10下槽東三工作面具備沖擊地壓的應(yīng)力條件。建立了“球形體”沖擊地壓動力系統(tǒng),分析了沖擊地壓動力系統(tǒng)的尺度和能量特征,并在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了動力系統(tǒng)的能量判據(jù)。確定了+550m軸10下槽東三工作面具備沖擊地壓的能量條件。對+400m軸10槽西三面和+400m軸13槽東四面兩個接續(xù)工作面從地質(zhì)動力條件和能量的角度進(jìn)行沖擊地壓危險性分析,確定兩個接續(xù)工作面具有沖擊地壓的危險。研究成果在大安山礦應(yīng)用表明,大安山礦具備發(fā)生沖擊地壓的地質(zhì)動力條件、應(yīng)力條件和能量條件,揭示了應(yīng)力和能量特征對沖擊地壓的控制作用,為大安山礦沖擊地壓的預(yù)測與防治提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Da'anshan Mine belongs to Beijing Haohua Energy Co., Ltd. In the mining process of Da'anshan Mine, the rock burst occurred three times at the axis of the syncline structure, and the accumulation of energy and stress existed in the inclined axis. With the increase of mining depth, the damage degree of rock burst is obviously rising, which seriously threatens the safety of mine production. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the energy characteristics of rock burst in Da'anshan Mine. Based on the theory of mine pressure and strata control, this paper analyzes the geological dynamic conditions, the variation of mining stress and the characteristics of energy of Da-anshan Mine by using the methods of theoretical analysis, experimental test, numerical calculation and so on. The geostress measurement results of Da'anshan Mine are analyzed, and the horizontal tectonic stress field of Da'anshan Mine is determined. From the point of view of geological dynamic conditions, the risk of rock burst in Da'anshan Mine is evaluated, and the geological dynamic conditions for the occurrence of rock burst in Da 'anshan Mine are determined. By using FLAC3D numerical simulation method, the variation of mining stress and the influence of residual coal pillar on the impact ground pressure of East No.3 working face with 550m axis 10 are analyzed. The stress conditions of rock burst in East third face of 550m axis 10 lower grooves are determined. Based on the analysis of the scale and energy characteristics of the "spherical body" dynamic system, the energy criterion of the dynamic system is established. It is determined that the energy condition of impact ground pressure is available in East third face of 550m axis 10 lower grooves. This paper analyzes the risk of rock burst in the west third face of 400m axis 10 channel and the east four face of 400m axis 13 channel from the angle of geological dynamic condition and energy, and determines that the two connecting faces have the danger of impact ground pressure. The application of the research results in Da'anshan Mine shows that the ore possesses the geological dynamic conditions, stress conditions and energy conditions for the occurrence of the impact ground pressure, which reveals the controlling effect of the stress and energy characteristics on the impact ground pressure. It provides theoretical and scientific basis for prediction and prevention of rock burst in Da'anshan Mine.
