礦燈智能充電監(jiān)測管理系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:針對目前礦燈充電監(jiān)測管理系統(tǒng)存在擴展性不強、通信方式單一、故障點難以定位等問題,設計了一種礦燈智能充電監(jiān)測管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)充電單元實時采集礦燈狀態(tài),控制單元通過RS485總線接收礦燈狀態(tài)信息并通過CAN總線發(fā)送至CAN轉(zhuǎn)以太網(wǎng)模塊,然后通過以太網(wǎng)上傳至服務器,監(jiān)控軟件根據(jù)服務器上傳的數(shù)據(jù)顯示礦燈狀態(tài),同時可下發(fā)礦工信息至充電單元。測試結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)可準確地采集礦燈狀態(tài),實現(xiàn)對礦燈的實時監(jiān)控和礦工的信息管理。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of low expansibility, single communication mode and difficulty in locating fault points in the current mine lamp charging monitoring management system, a mine lamp intelligent charging monitoring management system is designed. The charging unit of the system collects the status of mine lamp in real time, and the control unit receives the status information of mine lamp through RS485 bus and sends it to CAN to Ethernet module via CAN bus, then uploads it to the server via Ethernet. The monitoring software can display the status of mine lamp according to the data uploaded by server and send the miner information to the charging unit at the same time. The test results show that the system can accurately collect the status of mine lamp and realize the real-time monitoring of mine lamp and the information management of miners.
